You get to know the how people with difficult situations in life are able to manage n thriving. That gives the assurance you can do it too. N Thank you Ishu ma'am for creating such a space n guiding us. I'm not yet perfect n still learning to be consistent. But I know I have a place to comeback each time. The only think I feel is if you are not taking initiative to reach out to people or not able open up you may take more time like me.

Good as this is one to one session, clearing all the doubts though it is silly or of new comers. But guys you have been given lots of home work. So work on your self by completing tasks.

The vision of a therapy free world has convinced me to join the yogic parenting I am a mother of three and also in my perimenopausal stage . I am always confused,anxious and short tempered.Due to lack of clarity I never come to a conclusion how to start and where to start from to change myself and keep on blaming myself.
