I use a shipping forwarder to receive packages, so my shipping address has a unique ID; well... theyeete.com decided that it wasn't necessary and they shipped my package without my ID... thank god it wasn't returned or something.

I've bought shirts for years from the yetee but this past year has really sucked. I don't order all the time maybe once or twice a year but the shirts I get are all the same size and the tags say so but they're NEVER right some are far too short some are far too long much more than a small mistake. Its less on them I guess and more on their supplier but at the same time its hard to think they dont see this when they're printing and have some sort of quality control.

I've never really had a big issue with the Yetee until today. I tried to order one of the daily t-shirts and after entering my credit card information I was hit with a "couldn't be verified" error message. Thinking nothing of it and assuming that I messed up entering my card number I tried again and was given the same "couldn't be verified" message. Minutes later I got a notification from my bank that they were four new pending charges on my credit card from The Yetee. When I checked my account on The Yetee The t-shirt that I tried to ordered never got ordered but I was being charged four times on my credit card for it. The charges are still pending so I'm hoping they will disappear soon. I Was able to get my t-shirt ordered using Google pay.

These are "pre auth" charges when you try to make a purchase and the card doesn't go through. They will be cleared automatically so no worries. [email protected] if you require assistance.

I bought one of the Hollow Knight shirts of Hornet (L), and though it's nice and vibrant, with a crisp design, the collar became ridiculously stretched and destroyed in two washes on its own. The rest of the shirt is completely fine, so I don't know why that happened. I want another one to replace this first one, but I'm seriously on the fence about dropping some more money for it due to the lack of quality in the first one. I hope no one else runs into this problem. There were no other issues with the shirt or the delivery.
