Found this trustpilot entry by accident and felt compelled to leave a review after seeing all the negative ones. I have ordered 14 times (about 20-30 shirts) from this website and the items all arrived within a reasonable time frame. I live in West Coast of the US. Never had to contact customer service, because I never had a reason to so can't comment on that. Only maybe minor complaint is a mystery shirt ($6) I got 2-3 months back is showing some minor signs of fading/wear after wearing it a few times. This might also be due to it being an older shirt that was released a year prior. Something to keep in mind is that these websites work on a print by demand basis. This means the shirt you order can take anywhere between two weeks to a month to receive. If you get a tracking number, then the problem from that point is usually with the postal service, not the people who sent the product.

I think people are pointing their fingers wrong! I ordered a poster that didn't come through (I live in Europe), I sent an email to their custom service and almost got an instant reply asking if I wanted a full refund or a new poster sent. I wanted to give it a try and this time I got it! It looks really great. Also wanted to add that the tracking code only works until it leaves the US which they also write on their page. My first package did leave the US but after that it dissapered, so it was actually not their fault it didn't make it to me but the postal service!

Wonderful customer service! I ordered a package in oct but due to problems in which customs in my country (i live in europe) never contacted me to pay it was sent back. I lost hope and accepted that the package got lost somewhere on the way, as it sometimes happens. However the yetee contacted me and sent the package back to me with no extra cost and is now finally home and i can wear all the amazing shirts they have to offer! Have bought several things from them and otherwise never had a problem.

My Stardew Valley t-shirt arrived today and it’s nice quality and I’m very happy with it. Shipping took a little while but I’m in the UK, so I was prepared to accept that, and also the current pandemic has slowed down postage a lot. Sad to see that other people might not have had such a good experience, but mine was perfectly fine and I would definitely recommend to a friend or buy from them again in the future.

Have recently ordered a shirt, and after having ordered many things from this site I can say it ain't a scam, every bad review is on a different site, please remove them, this company is good and have worked hard.

I ordered 4 tees during their Sweatyfest event, and got all of them within a reasonable time. I like their collaborations with different artists, especially the indie video games creators. Will order again in the future!

I've been a long time customer, never had an issue ordering from this site, shirts are as advertised and a couple of shirts from atleast 8 years ago are still holding up in 2020, really not bad for $14. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Die T-Shirts haben durchweg eine gute Qualität. Der Versand dauert länger, aber nachvollziehbar, durch den Standort. Falls jemals T-Shirts verlorengingen, wurden sofort Ersatzartikel gesendet oder der Betrag erstattet. Sehr fair und netter Support.
