The Wooden PinReviews of thewoodenpin.com

Incredibly happy with the customer service and quality of the product. My design had some very intricate details and they managed to produce them perfectly. The laser quality is incredible and the turn around time was quick and easy. 10/10 totally recommend.

It was a simple process to place the order and the end product was what was good quality.

Great Service! Process is quick and efficient. Jake did a great job accommodating our request. I received the products the same day it was expected.

They got me my art proof quickly and the whole order was really nice quality very quickly.

Super Job! I can’t be more pleased. I only wished I would have ordered more.

I’m not the type to write a review but after working with the team at The Wooden Pin, it’s the right thing to do. For starters, customer services is very clearly a top priority for them. The example I sent didn’t work initially, they made changes and sent it to me before setting the order. A lot of companies won’t even take the time, they’ll just print what you send and collect their money. They have more than ample time to lock down what I wanted and dealt with me patiently. The product; I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they produced. Again they very clearly care about what they are doing and it shows in every aspect. I will not hesitate to order from them again!
