So far I cant redeem my winnings. Has me pretty pissed off. Hopefully they will pay up im not a fan yet. I like playing over at slots lv, bovada, cafe casino, and ignition. I have cashed out on all 4 of them online casinos and they have all been more than $1000 and it only takes maybe 2 hours to get your money from them. Real casinos win big money hopefully the win zone can compete?

Yea dont play or waste money on this website. Doesn't matter how populated thier other games are. This customer service is trash, redeem is long even if it's through debit. This will waste ur time

SCAM SITE! DOSNT LET YOU REDEEM! SCAM SITE AVOID! I reached out to support because I couldn't redeem and I bought some bonuses on game that would take the money for bonuses but then didn't pay what was won( pay $20 for bonuse then win $60 but account still just missing the $20) the support team didn't help fix any problems i was having. They will take your money and not help to fix any issues you experience.
