Eric has been absolutely incredible! His patience and dedication go above and beyond, and he’s truly transforming the way my business operates for the better. He takes the time to work closely with both me and my team, ensuring we get the support we need to hit the ground running. Eric’s expertise in Monday.com and our CRM is unmatched. Our processes have always been complex, but he’s managed to simplify everything in a way that’s already allowing me to close more deals and enjoy more free time. If you’re on the fence about hiring him—don’t be. Having an expert like Eric in your corner is 100% worth it!

Eric is absolutely amazing! My project was far more complex and demanding than either of us thought going into it, but he was there to make it happen every step of the way. He's a monday.com wizard and if you're considering hiring him to help build out literally anything on monday.com, he's your guy.

Working with Eric Darling was one of the best decisions I made for my business. He helped set up and organize my Monday.com account, and I genuinely couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Eric was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about Monday’s features and capabilities. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, a system that could help my team stay on top of client interactions, sales tracking, and internal workflows. Eric didn’t just "set things up," he built a structure that makes our day-to-day work smoother, faster, and way more efficient. What really stood out was how he explained everything clearly. Even if you’re not super tech-savvy, he walks you through the setup, offers suggestions, and makes sure you’re confident using the system he creates. He was super patient with my questions and went above and beyond to make adjustments based on my feedback. Now my team is running like a well-oiled machine, and I have full visibility on our sales process and task progress, all thanks to Eric. If you’re looking for someone who really knows their stuff when it comes to Monday.com and genuinely cares about helping your business work better, hire Eric. He’s worth every penny and more. I’ll definitely be working with him again!

Great service! Eric listened to our company's needs attentively and was prompt in iterating on the project as we moved forward with the design.
