The product works, I received my first month. Hoping I will get the next shipment before too long. Can not reach anyone, I have tried it all phone, email ….. no answer! Disappointed customer service!!! I can’t even long on to my account!!!

The good: easy to get a prescription and they send a good quality product at a good price. The bad: they'll love bomb you to get you to sign up, then ghost you. It can take a full week of phone calls, emails, and text messages to get any response. They don't automatically send refills and it can take two weeks to get a response then get the medication. Questions? Don't expect an answer or support. Out of meds? Too bad and don't expect any communication.
