HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. For those thinking about doing business with thewebsitedesigns, I recommend that you stay away. I had a very NEGATIVE experience dealing with this organization. They promise a timeline of 3 weeks from start to the delivery of a functional website. It took over 2 months and extra spending for the final product to be delivered. Along the way, they wanted me to spend more money for some features they promise will optimize my website. Once the website was finished, I found several issues including emails not working, misspelled words...etc. Their so-called lawyer called me after the final delivery trying to make me spend more on some bogus registration. Bottom line is do not waste your money, once would be better off paying extra for a reliable company. Lastly, they stated the company is located in the United States which is not true. They are using some sort of IP phone to convert the number from their location to a US number. They will make you believe they are located in California which is not the case. The company may be located in India or Pakistan. I am probably going to end up getting a brand new website from a reputable organization. I am providing this review to raise awareness about their shady business dealing. IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND I RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER.
