Working with Oliver to create a new website for our was a great experience. I had seen another website designed by them and decided to take the leap to get our website up to date. I provided the aspects of the website design that I was drawn to and Oliver and team took it from there. He provided multiple options initially and very quickly. Once we had decided on our design he actually provided a more streamlined option that fit our needs even better. He had excellent communication- easy to get in touch with and generally quick response time. The reason I rate 4 stars rather than 5 is that I was surprised by addition fees before taking the website live. Overall good outcome so far!

Ollie at Web Mastro is great! Happy to be working with him.
Ollie at Web Mastro produced a great product for me and made changes really fast. He has kept in touch with me to keep the momentum going, even when my schedule has slowed progress. I appreciate Ollie's commitment to my website’s success.

Unethical upselling, pressure tactics, and refusal to respect boundaries
I hired this company to build a small website based on a written brief and an agreed upfront price of $499. From the beginning, the experience was marked by poor communication and repeated attempts to upsell services I clearly declined.
After the work was largely completed, I was informed that the scope had allegedly expanded and that I now needed to purchase a much more expensive package in order to receive the site. No revised pricing or written approval was ever presented before the work was done.
Multiple representatives contacted me with shifting post-completion offers: first asking me to pay $4,990, then $2,499, then “pay half now and the rest later”... each framed as a “final” resolution.
Even after I clearly declined additional services and requested to close the project, I continued to receive repeated emails and phone calls attempting to re-enter negotiations. I ultimately had to block the company to stop the contact.
I did eventually receive a file handoff, but only after significant pressure. Overall, the experience felt coercive and far from professional. Pricing terms changed after the fact, boundaries were not respected, and communication appeared designed to wear me down rather than resolve the situation cleanly.
I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere. If you do choose to work with this company, make sure all pricing, scope, and delivery terms are explicitly documented in writing upfront, and be cautious of post-completion pressure to pay more than originally agreed.

Hi Lisa,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. For the sake of transparency and clarity for future clients, we would like to summarize the project timeline.
You initially purchased our Package (regularly priced at $699) at a discounted rate of $499 including tax. This package includes a 5-page website.
During the development process, additional page requests were submitted, bringing the total to approximately 20 pages. As this significantly exceeded the scope of the original 5-page package, your project manager informed you that an upgrade would be required to accommodate the expanded scope. This was communicated in writing before proceeding further.
In an effort to support you, we offered a discounted rate on the upgraded package as well as flexible options. However, when you chose not to proceed with the upgrade, you requested delivery of the work included within the original package. We fully respected that decision and delivered the completed 5-page website along with the associated files.
At no point was pricing changed retroactively. The additional cost discussed was solely related to the expanded number of pages beyond the agreed package scope.
We regret if our follow-ups felt overwhelming our intention was to find a workable solution, not to create pressure. We are reviewing our internal communication processes to ensure even clearer scope documentation moving forward.
We remain committed to professionalism, transparency, and delivering value to every client.

Cody ripped me off. He was supposed to make it where people could save their login on my website but it never worked.

It is a scam company
To make a website they charge $700 upfront. Then few weeks later they called and demanded $3000 to boost my domain on google search (bs) and I paid. Then a few weeks later they showed me my website that was 70% ready and demanded another $4000 for the website to go live. My response was No way! Yes I waisted my hard earned $3000 but I believe i saved a lot more in the future bs with them. This company is a scam!!! I strongly believe that their 5 star reviews are all fake!!!
