I learned so much from working with the VP team. Not only did I get a technical roadmap and guidance which is invaluable! But, the feedback, inspiration and brainstorming through my idea and vision is how I developed a system and a simple way to communicate what I do, then create the program to support that process. I'm an exercise physiologist/personal trainer who was working split shifts in a medically based fitness center, never had time or energy to show up for my family, and wasn't making enough to pay the bills. Like so many others, I got fired because of COVID so I started my own personal training business. Personally and professionally, my life has dramatically improved since I began this coaching program. I've gained confidence to charge what I'm worth in my business, have a clear plan on what I need to do to excel in my business, and I now have the time and energy to show up for my friends and family.
