So So So So slooooooooow......and God in Heaven forbid you might want to exchange something for a new size. If you purchase from this site, you need to order 4-5 months in advance of when you want to wear the item and expect to follow up with them at least 4 times. They are nice and eventually get the items to you, but you really need to ask yourself if the hassle is worth it. For me it never will be again. Two stars for being pleasant and having cool clothes (that you will wait an eternity to get).

I purchased an item on August 5th. Their website says 7-10 business days for items to ship out and it still hasnt shipped. I emailed them and they were quick to respond and told me it was back ordered (there was no indication of this on their site nor did they tell me on their own) but that it would be in on Monday the 20th and that they do 2nd day shipping. The item still has not shipped out as of Saturday the 25th I emailed Wednesday the 22nd and Friday the 24th and am now being ignored. My package shipped the 25th and now they've responded to me to let me know.

Ordered a corset and a pair of shoes September 3rd from the website. On the website it said, that the order would be shipped in 10-16 working days. Now it has been more than a month since I ordered, and I asked to get my order cancelled as there is no way I can get the items to Denmark in time for my event. The shop has not contacted me to inform me of the significant delay and their only answer is, that I can not get a refund. They haven't given me a date for when they expect my order to be shipped either. I am so disappointed.
