Item was left off my order. Waiting for response.

It took three emails, a Facebook message, and a phone call to finally get a response about my order I placed on 4/11/2020. I do understand shipping delays due to Covid-19, but communication shouldn't be that hard. I wish I had been notified that my shipment was delayed and why, with an estimate of when it would arrive. I was left wondering if I had wasted money at a fake store, seeing no reviews on Facebook, or anywhere wasn't encouraging. The items I ordered are great and arrived well packaged and as expected on 5/29/2020.

I ordered a product prior to Christmas as a gift, thinking that maybe it would come a little after Christmas at the latest. Instead, three months went by with zero communication and then it was finally shipped. The product looks great, but the customer service is absolutely awful. I will never order from this site again and have told others the same.

Package arrived almost 2 months after purchase. I contacted customer service one month after purchase and received no response. I ordered a coat for a special occasion and it arrived 5 weeks after that event.

The product is what I wanted, but the customer service is awful. I emailed repeatedly and got no answer, no anticipated shipping date, had to dispute via PayPal to get my item shipped. Would not order from them again.

Ordered something on 2/3, tracking now shows it destined to arrive 2/18. It didn't even ship out until 2/12, so now my wife's birthday gift will be late. Fifteen days seems pretty excessive, especially if it was over a week to get it shipped out. So far I'm disappointed in the level of service.

I ordered this as a gift for someone and it took FOREVER to ship. Upon receiving it, the quality is very nice but it took nearly 2 months to arrive even after I emailed them to ask about it.

Not true to size way too small. Waited this long and now I have to return them and wait some more.
