The product itself is wonderful and I love it. Glad I FINALLY got it. I understand we are in a pandemic and things are taking longer than usual, but the communication could have been more forthcoming than me having to email several times about it. Also, being refused a refund due to the very long wait time (a month and a half when it was all said and done, when I was told it would be 8-12 days) is a poor business practice, in my opinion. That said, I would probably order again once things are more normal and I hopefully wouldn’t have to wait as long for what I bought.

As an essential worker I was anxious to receive my mask. I love it. Unfortunately I need to modify the size of the mask as it is much too large for my face. Im going to try doing that today. It's lightweight and comfortable. So with a few adjustments I'll be good to go. Thank you.

Took a long time to get my package. Love the products but wish they made the boob area bigger for us bigger chested people

It took a long time for the product to get here, (but I guess I understand that given the current situation), but the product also seems to be frayed in a few places. Usually I like to give 5 stars but I have to be honest with feedback!

The user interface to your site and Gift Card acquisition is woefully outdated...makes finding and using laborious. 😬

A little issue with my order being sent out, I hadn’t heard anything for a while so I emailed the company. Somebody got back to me right away but then I didn’t hear anything after that. Gave it a day and contacted again. The order was finally being shipped out as I was told when they reposted. The holster belt Bag is of a nice material but it doesn’t get tight enough and doesn’t go for smaller waistlines/thighs any tighter. So it’s a bit loose, hoping I have a friend that can make it smaller.
