I ordered a playa ready mask and 5 carbon filters but only recieved 2 filters. Contacted customer service and they said they would review my order and get back to me.

The item looks great! Not sure why it took a month to ship.

Incredibly long "order processing" time. Definitely Pony Express. I was asked to post a review while I'm still waiting for my umbrella to arrive. 🤷‍♀️

It’s been two months and finally got a shipping confirmation. Hopefully it arrives soon, it was supposed to be a birthday present in April.

It took about 3 weeks to ship, and when My hat came in wasnt packaged well, and the brim was bent. I am pretty bummed.

I am happy to have the product and I will still buy from the company or brand but I wasnt too happy with the communication with my package. I am well aware there is still a pandemic going on, all I ask is a communication in delays and shipping.

Waited over a month with no update, site still showed my item hadn't shipped. But after contacting site they responded right away and packaged was received a few days after.

I ordered my item and got confirmation of order. I was told by email they would let me know when my item shipped. A month later I had still not heard anything so I contacted them. My item was shipped. It arrived in a damaged box (not the sellers fault) but it also had a busted button straight out of the package. I’ve contacted them again and am awaiting their decision about a replacement or return or whatever.
