The necklace came uneven & the clasp was stuck shut. I had to force it open & then closed. Very cheaply made.

No communication about the delay in shipping. No communication that the order shipped. No communication about anything. I understand COVID changed everything. But when your website doesn’t change the shipping times, it really makes me frustrated. No emails giving me any sort of updated information. I was about ready to get the cc charge reversed. Item is gorgeous. But I’ve long since bought a replacement garment, so not sure when I’ll have a reason to wear it.

The product was excellent. The shipping left something to be desired. The site said that my order had been confirmed in April. Starting in May, I asked for status updates and after I emailed a couple of times, I got a "hey it'll be a bit." In July, I finally got my order. The wait would have been fine if the customer service had been responsive to my queries and/or had told me honestly that they weren't sure when it was showing up. As it was, I felt ignored and like they didn't care. The products are cute, but I am highly unlikely to be a repeat customer as a result of this.

Your product took an extremely long time to get to my and the quality is very poor. I will not be ordering from you again and I will let friends know what I think.

This order took a very long time just to process. A week later I ordered another item and it still has not processed as of yet. If you don't have the item in stock, either don't advertise it or specifically list it as a preorder.

I placed an order for 4 pants in April. I understand during the pandemic shipping was going to be delayed. 3 weeks passed and nothing on my status. Emailed, got a reply apologizing for the delay and they're running a skeleton crew. I asked to get a refund and cancel my order. I got another reply saying they can't cancel an order after being placed 48 hours. Sadly THEY don't even reply in a 48 hour time frame. A week goes by so nothing, another email asking the status. Again same "apology' as before but they'll reach out to manufacturers on an ETA. Few days later I FINALLY got a tracking number but only 2 of my 4 pants were shipping. Few weeks later I asked another "where is my order" here comes another apology story. After 2 months I caved and filed a dispute with PayPal. I'm now getting a refund for my items that never showed. My tip to you, please if a company uses paypal use that service for a first time order until you see if they're legit. I gave it 2 stars as I got a few items and not too bad quality clothing. Customer service sucks and wouldn't recommend. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Mask purchased and received was not as pictured, not as i thought i was receiving. They were pleasant to deal with after the fact. And refunded me, but I was disappointed and was looking forward to what i thought I was receiving.
