The quality of merchandise is sub par I am terribly disappointed, I was anxiously awaiting what appeared to be a kick a$$ handbag unfortunately what I got was a handbag with writing all over it in silver permanent marker, clearly the marker was used during manufacturing as it follows most of the seems, something that should have been done on the inside of the bag, and not to mention Flimsy cheap material. The icing on the cake however it was the return policy, you only get store credit, I find that quite hilarious because I would never want another item from the violet vixen, as the hand fan I paid $11 for was also cheap flimsy paper. Something you get at the $.99 Store. After contacting the Violet Vixen about the return policy they did send me the correct link so I could read the policy myself. They got back to me relatively quick and did provide the exact information I requested. Stellar customer service does not negate lack of quality in products, not to mention they immediately lashed out when I posted a less than favorable review. So. Great response time as far as contacting customer service is about the only positive experience dealing with The Violet Vixen.

worst experience ever. Order never arrived. No response to emails. I finally opened a paypal dispute, which is ongoing now. They immediately gave a tracking number in response to paypal and claimed it's on the way, but never actually mailed the package. I am still pursuing this claim as we speak. The company is a total scam.

I first made an order last December, for three purses. I was immediately told that one was actually out of stock but the gave me a credit worth more than the bag, so ok. I order a few more purses. Then I'm told that a second of the original order is also out of stock but that it will be back in production soon. Eh. I have now contacted them over ten times and they have stopped returning my messages. The customer service person told me I was "cynical because the way the world has gotten" because I asked for a hard date to expect that bag and said I was disappointed. Goodbye, $70. Edit: There has been a reply that I was completely refunded; this is untrue. I just checked my bank statements going back for months, and there is no money refunded into my account.

I’ve ordered the midnight overbust as it was onsale January 10,2018. Immediately I got a “tracking order” ID that the entire time was NOT updated and said “awaiting fulfillment.” After the 25-30 day wait,I emailed them on February 21,2018 indicating my complaint about how long I’ve been waiting and without any tracking information updates. I asked when I will be receiving and if not,to refund my money back. A woman named “Eve” emails me back saying “she will check on that and that maybe from the shipment that was lost,and had to be re-manufactured” and to LET ME KNOW what she finds out. I messaged back 3 days later saying “I want my money back and to expect it back into my account as they have failed at almost everything.” Eve replies: “ That’s ok. I’m known for other things,too. Unfortunately,we cannot cancel after the initial 24 hour cancellation period,as your order is sent to manufacturing. I haven’t heard back yet but my guess is that it will ship either the end of this week or beginning of next week. I’m very sorry for the wait!” In total I’ve paid 110$ and I live in Canada. I don’t have the mental ability to even try to education this “person” as a business,I shouldn’t have to wait because I’m right and if you messed up,give me my $&@! money back! SCAMMERS!!

I placed an order during a 50% off sale and they informed me 3 weeks later that one of my items was out of stock( while they were still listing it online and it was still purchasable). They said I couldn't get a full refund because one dress was ready and they wouldn't honor the 50% deal on any other items and they would only refund the amount I paid for the dress during the sale which wasn't enough to buy ANY comprable dresses after the sale ended. The one and only person working customer service is rude from the start and lies to make you go away. She swore my dress wouldn't ship before Christmas and when I threatened to dispute the charge with my card company she got the order out the very next day. Do not waste your money with this awful company. You can buy the exact same clothes anywhere else, I've found the same dress I bought from them on numerous other websites. Plus the quality of the one dress I did receive was terrible.

Purchased a corset as a gift for Xmas. She went to put it on for the first time and the cheap clasp broke. They only cover item for 21 days (takes longer to make) so out the entire cost. Shop elsewhere that has a better return policy or at least repair there cheaply made corsets
