Order took over 2 months to arrive
Order took over 2 months to arrive. When it arrived, items were missing. Never received the missing items. Communication is very poor; I sent several emails over the span of 3 weeks to finally get a "will look into it response". Nothing further for a month. Then a promise of a credit that I never received. Horrible customer service. Stay away and shop at a more reputable vendor.

No offense but that's pretty extreme. We've had 10s of thousands of customers who have received their items. I do apologize for bad experience with an item! Reported to the better business bureau
I had to report this company to the better business bureau to get my purchases. I waited months for my items. When I reached out to the company the staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.

I ordered a hoodie and when I received…
I ordered a hoodie and when I received it the print was very uneven. It had clearly not been centered properly and my request for a return/exchange was ignored. $100 gone. Look on amazon. You'll find the same stuff for far cheaper, and possibly better customer service too. :)

They never delivered what I paid for…
They never delivered what I paid for and have ignored every single inquiry I've made regarding the status of my order. They have had in the area of 4 months and done nothing.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Repeatedly forgot to send me my items, and didn’t keep me in the loop at ALL. They only refunded me after my friend went to bat for me on Instagram and threatened legal action. Stay away from this company.
