I ordered a corset from Violet Vixen about a month and a half ago, but wasn't aware that it would take 21 days to tailor before being sent. About 2 weeks after I ordered I emailed the company asking when I would receive the corset, and they were very polite and professional and answered all my questions. Last week I decided that I may not want the product after all, and I emailed them about cancellation, but learned that you can only cancel within 24hrs of placing the order since it is hand made for each order. They did let me know there is return service however, but I have since recieved the product and decided to keep it! I wish I had been more well informed about the order policy before placing my purchase, but I think that falls on me for not doing my research first.

My wife got this and here is what she said, “I definitely bought this for the design. I love bats so it’s perfect in that regard. It fits well but is not as flexible and light weight on the nose as those blue masks you get at a hospital. The ear loops are not as elastic either so they’re a little snug as well. Maybe the more I wear it, the better it’ll be? Overall it’s solid, but because the snug fit is a little uncomfortable it’s 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5.”

The mask is fantastic and comfortable. Hard to breath with the filter in, so I wear it without the filter. Also after repeated wear the velcro starts to lose it grip. This is now my second mask. So yes I would recommend!

The corset is amazing, fits much better than I would have imagined. I’m just disappointed it took 8 months to arrive and would have given it 5 stars if it had come sooner, because it’s gorgeous.

I am very happy with my violet vixen purchase. The quality is way better than I expected. Customer service was quick to address my questions. Only reason I give 4 star is due to the shipping time. I ordered from their "fast ship" section, which claims items are in stock and ship within 3 days..however a few of my items have been delayed as if I ordered from the longer wait time items. I wouldn't mind this if it wasn't advertised as in stock,but regardless the item was worth the wait,and customer service was great. I would shop here again or recommend.

Ordered in February, due to covid-19 received in July. Very cute, fits well, I’m usually a size 14 and ordered a dress with waist clincher xxxl. Zipper gets stuck and is kinda flimsy. But the dress and cincher are great.

I really loved the way the corset came out and it fit perfectly, the only thing about the order is that I never received the nipple covers that were set to come with my corset. Otherwise, I’m very happy :)
