Almost a year getting a resolution to an order...horrible customer service and poor response to my email requests. Order VV21925

Some things I ordered were out of stock. Got a refund as store credit, had to pay shipping again, got the items, had to return something and pay for shipping again, they didn't send me a t-shirt I paid for and the customer service was rude. Never got the shirt or was reimbursed for the lack of it and in the end they just stopped returning my e-mails. Never ordering again - there is a lot of other shops that sell the same stuff cheaper and don't take you money for items you never get in the end.

I ordered a corset for Halloween in September, and I still haven't received it. We are now in November. I also emailed inquiring about my order, and there has been no response. This is terrible customer service. I saw that other customers were having similar problems and that there was a new customer service staff, but this new staff did not respond to my email, either. I won't order from this company again.

I ordered a Dragon Bag from them, along with other items. The Dragon Bag became unavailable and they promised me a refund. On multiple occasions. I sent them my receipts, proof of payment, etc. so the validity of my claim is not the problem. They strung me along for almost a year, with various excuses of new computer systems, owners out of the country, etc. I finally gave up. Don’t trust them. They only want your money and don’t care if they rip you off in the process. They illegally charge you before they have your item even in stock. They are not supposed to charge you until they ship the item to you. They use Norton Protection, which is useless as it expires if you don’t make a claim within 30 days. They charge you, then set a delivery date over 30 days, so the protection is useless.

i have ordered from VV in the past with good service. the past 2 times, the service has been TERRIBLE! i ordered from them months ago and STILL haven't received my order!!

I ordered a dress from them, it took over a month for them to even be willing to ship it. When I suggested to them that I was about to start a monetary complaint with my bank for not receiving the item, they then made a shipping label for it and did not ship it for yet another week. Their customer service is a joke, most of the time they would not reply when I was questioning about the timeliness of my order. There was no phone number at that time to contact them either which I find highly suspect. I received one reply that said that it would take 8-12 business days from my order to actually ship to me, and it took twice that time. Most of these dresses can be found on other retailers websites and I suggest that you work with them. Only after I spammed their Facebook page which they promptly kicked me off of did they reply and tell me that I was being a psycho. Unless you want to be scammed avoid this company at all cost. I contacted Shopify where they ran their cards through for payment, I’m not sure that they ever did anything about it but I would highly suggest To contact them if you continue to have issues with the violet vixen. Once I contacted Shopify my dress was finally shipped the next day. After a week of a shipping label created but not put into the actual mail. Because of their unwillingness to communicate with me I actually had to go through and contact USPS to confirm the fact that it was not shipped.Screw this place I will NEVER EVER order a thing from them. They are a joke with the worst extremely rude customer service I have ever seen. SOLID SCAMMERS!

Horrible customer service-Made an order and took months to get the order. No response to any inquiry I made to give me an idea when it would come. Product was fine.
