I ordered a corset for my wife. The wrong size came so I returned it. It took a while but I finally got credit. I immediately ordered the correct size. That was about two months ago and I don't think I'm ever going to get the corset that I ordered. Customer service has stopped responding to me and I guess you guys probably just ripped me off. I even told them they could send me anything else that was the right size 26 or an American size 8 but they haven't even done that. Thanks guys

I've ordered from The Violet Vixen twice. The first time I recieved both items, although the shipping was a little slow. My most recent order the shipping time took twice as long and I never recieved one of my items. The customer service is nonexistent to slow at best. I returned my two items, but won't be getting my money back because I cannot access my account and they haven't responded to my email for help. I'm out $100 and I have nothing to show for it. Very disappointed!

Horrible! The app is showing a package as delivered almost two weeks ago that still hasn’t arrived. The vendor acknowledges that the package still hasn’t shipped??? Don’t seem to be able track packages from one order that are shipped from multiple locations.

Do not buy anything from them. They do not honor their return policy. I emailed them 2 days after I received the item that sort of looked like the photo. When I asked to return it, they never sent me a return tag to mail it back. They also charged me for shoes they never delivered and wrote on the PayPal complaint site that I had to drop my complaint to get a refund on shoes they never sent. What do you want from a bunch of hicks from Texas? That should have been my first warning sign. As I am reading the 1 star reviews, I can post or send proof of what happened. I can't believe that this company writes on this site and calls people liars. Hicks.

ordered item 12/15/19 - still has not been shipped.

Recieved half my order and email has gone unanswered

I put my ORDER #VV23920 in on Dec 7th. Still haven't received it! My wife wanted something new and sexy to wear while she opened her presents. That's not happening! Thanks!
