Check the BBB before buying! My first purchase took several months to arrive. By the time it did, one of the items was no longer available (I accepted store credit). 2 of the remaining items did not fit and I mailed them back (at my own expense) to the company per their instructions. I received no verification the items arrived, and had to check with USPS (they were delivered). I tried contacting the company to ask about receiving credit for these items multiple times in any way I could (email, facebook, phone). I received no response, yet still saw almost daily social media posts and received emails. Do NOT purchase anything from this company you are not 100% positive will fit. expect delivery to take several months.

I ordered a black necklace from the store in May but didn’t get any order updates for a month so somewhere in June I sent an email to ask if it was received, shipped, processing, anything. I got an email back saying they would check but didn’t hear back after. At the end of July I commented on a picture on the Violet Vixen Instagram asking if they halted production because of the virus or something, and the page messaged me asking if they could check my order (for the second time) and they told me they didn’t even have my order in stock but that they could send me the necklace in silver. I was extremely frustrated that I’d waited almost 3 months just to be told they didn’t have my purchase and asked for a refund. They left me on read and did NOT give me a refund. Then they DELETED my comment on their page. I finally got customer service via email by a nice person named Magenta who said it was on the way and assured me I would get my black necklace not silver and she apologized for the bad service on Instagram. I finally got my necklace yesterday which I ordered on May 21st. This was by far a one star experience if any, but the extra star is only for Magenta being kind enough to communicate professionally. Edit: I discovered the necklace is secondhand from a different brand by the tags, and the original site they took it from is selling the original item for ONE THIRD of the price. My two star rating is now one star and I’d give zero if I could.

It took 6 months for them to ship my order

Order was placed in January, 3 months no communicate from them. I email and call with little luck, at the 4 month mark I finally got a email reply, saying cvoid was the cause, asked for the order to be canceled and money to be refunded. No response order ships 2 months later.

Read reviews that they were great and worked with you on shipping. I an getting married in Aug and do to a freak accident my original corset is destroyed. Tried to cancel my order was basically told sorry to bad so sad. Will never buy from again.

Horrible. I haven’t received my item that I ordered in May. This company took my money but I have no product. I’ve emailed the company. No answer. I called their phone number posted on their website and it’s not active. I’ve sent messages to their account on Instagram and they don’t respond. NO ANSWER. I decided to post on their page seeking answers about my order and they blocked me. Tried posting again from other accounts and they continuously block me. That’s pure fraudulent behavior. I’m so disgusted with this company. Ignoring and deleting customers? I will be pursuing this.

I ordered a 99$ corset on may 31st and still havent gotten a shipping confirmation and its july 7th now! I had emailed them a few weeks in waiting and they told me it takes around 25 days for the corset. Well it's been well over 25 days. Why is it not shipped yet? Looking at these reviews I'm afraid for the worst and I may have been scammed over 100$ Update: it is july 23rd and still hasn't shipped. I finally recieved a generic "it's all covids fault" email a few days ago. Stating their corset manufacturer was shut down blah blah. If this was the actual case there should have been some sort of communication letting me know. They also claimed they were going to ask their supervisor for more details. This was almost a week ago and I emailed them again asking what the details are. No response. I'm absolutely disgusted by this scam company. I will get my money back somehow!

My order took 3 months to get here. They only told me the item wasn't currently available after I messaged them finally. I tried to cancel the order, and they didn't respond to me. This will be my first and last order from this site.
