Bad customer service, and when I messaged them (multiple times) I didn't anything back. Only after did I send them an email did I get a tracking number for my order

It took 6 and 1/2 months to receive a product. Very disappointed in that fact. The products however was awesome.

Quality products but it does take a while to ship. Around two months on average. Also, I started ordering the brands they carry directly from the companies when possible because there is a considerable markup. I might use them for shoes but that’s about it.

It took two months to get here! And when I finally got my orders I of the earring that goes inside the ear was mishaped! The jewelry is beautiful but that's ridiculous! I literally ordered it on October 17th and got it December 30th!

One hat I ordered was perfect. The other doesn't look like the one listed on the website.

I purchased this over a month ago and it never has arrived. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with purchasing from violet vixen and it took forever the 1st time. *update* I finally recieved my product and the actual purse I recieved was way bigger than I thought it was going to be. Its really nice and I do like it Alot. When I did recieve it, it was flattened so I've had to stuff it to try to make it sit the way it should be. I will say the purses I have gotten from violet vixen are nicely made just take extra long to recieve. I originally gave 1 star but put to 3 only because it was flattened which makes it not sit right. Ill continue to try to "fluff" it out so I can use it.

Took awhile to get it, which I understand cause of covid-19. But I'm happy with it,going to use it when my husband does reenactments.

The corset is BEAUTIFUL! Very well made, the rainbow is a glittery plastic material. (kind of reminds me of 90s toys.) The mesh keeps it breathable and comfortable. The stitching is fine and it fits well. (I got an XL) The 3 stars however is rating the service. I ordered this corset back in September and other than a order confirmation, everything was silent for 2 months. I order overseas a lot so I'm used to waiting a long time for orders, but in this case I didn't even get a shipment confirmation. (And later found out they were just gonna take my money and never ship it.) I had to file a PayPal dispute just to get any confirmation and to get my item 4 days later. Overall, I'm happy with the product and I'd LOVE to be a regular, but this store REALLY needs to get themselves together first.
