STAY FAR AWAY! SCAM COMPANY! LIARS AND STOLE MY MONEY! I've been writing reviews updating my experience with this company since early June. I ordered may 31st an almost $100 corset. Well its august 18th and no corset. Ive sent many emails. I tried messaging on website and calling the fake phone number leaving messages. They send automated messages full of excuses when they actually email back. Well finally after blasting them on instagram and twitter and thru email they sent me an email claiming they'd finally give me my money back and would just take a "couple days." This was over 10 days ago and no money was put back into my card. They blocked me on Instagram. I will be calling my bank now to report them as fraud and get my money back! I just have to warn people bout them! Truly awful fake company here!

item didnt ship for months

If I could give negative stars, I would. This site is a scam. Ordered back in April. It's now mid-August and still no corset. Excuses about Covid and shutdowns, but on 2 separate occasions weeks apart when I did receive a reply to emails "they had just started operating again" They shut off the ability to try Facebook message it's all automated now. And once I got fed up and asked for a refund they stopped replying altogether. I'm talking to my card company now, and also looking into filing a fraud case against them. Stay far, far away.

I've been scammed out of over 200. I understand COVID-19, but to partially ship my items and telling USPS they were altogether is sketchy and a scam. It's also a lie. They will lie to you in emails, don't bother corresponding. This company is a third party seller. You can get all these items by doing research for half of the cost. None of them actually make the clothes they're shipped from companies elsewhere. It's also, so much faster if you go through Punk Rave directly. I never received my corsets. I doubt they even exist. I advise for people if they want steel bone corsets to just go through Etsy, you'll find plenty of reasonably priced steel boned corsets custom made. I ordered some from Poland the end of June. They are to actually arrive unlike this company.

2 months to get order not very happy about that

I ordered this as a Valentines present for my wife in January. Some time in late March I complained and they acted like I was a pain in their ass and basically said "it will get there when it gets there." Several repeated attempts to contact them the following months received ZERO responses. It is now August 9th and "supposedly" it has been shipped. I still haven't received the package. Terrible company and terrible customer service.
