I'm sorry to say you get 0 stars as I never received my corsets after 3 months of waiting

This is by far the worst retail company I’ve ever ordered from in my life. Let it be known that before Covid, I ordered from this company on two different occasions and both times it took months for them to get me my items basically what they are is they go around ordering items from companies listed on their website without having items in stock they’re literally just a middleman that mark up the prices that you could literally just go to that companies website and buy it from them know they take items listed on their website act like it’s theirs then when you place your order they contact the company and if it’s in stock they will order it and have it shipped to them and then ship it to you so it’s double the processing time. I think if they can’t afford to stock things in a warehouse like normal companies do then they shouldn’t be in business. Now forward to my current order, which I ordered in the summer time I received like three months later all of my items except for one and now we’re talking almost 5 months later and I still haven’t received the item I email them it takes weeks for them to respond and they always have an excuse I will be taking it up with PayPal this is ridiculous that these people are still in business I don’t understand how they still are people stupid enough to buy from them

Kept sending me emails demanding a review even after I had unsubscribed and was told no more emails would come. Instant one star.

I ordered This at the end of May. The website said 2 weeks. It has been 5 months

I never received shipping info and more than a month went by. I only got a response back when I contacted my bank to get a refund and the woman said they still had no idea as to when it’d ship. This doesn’t seem like a reputable company and it was a disappointment. I don’t recommend. I ordered a corset on another website in the meantime. I’m still waiting now for 2 months

I originally placed an order October of 2019 and spent $47.55 through Paypal. They emailed me saying the manufacturer was out of the item and offered me a store credit. I was fine with that and understood everything due to Covid so I accepted the store credit and placed an additional order where I paid ANOTHER $8.95 shipping. Then I was told they "ran into issues" on BOTH of the items I had ordered this time. Again I stupidly accepted with Covid and everything so yet again they gave me a credit and I yet AGAIN paid shipping, $12.99 this time. Now almost a year later here we are AGAIN at a month of waiting after I placed my order and no items with no shipping notifications. At this point I would be fine with just actually receiving the items I paid for but seeing as it's been a year I'm assuming you don't actually have any items and this site is a scam. Update - They told me they never shipped my items (from July, because my previous order was out of stock) because I requested a refund and received it in October 2020. Obviously because I hadn’t heard a word from the company in 3 months so PayPal sided with me. They told me I can only receive store credit which I would have to again add money for shipping so they can scam me yet again. So now I’m just out $60, please don’t waste your money like me.

Crappy customer service and worse shipping times. Do not bother.

Ordered a month ago. Still hasn't shipped. I tried contacting them several times with no reply. Giving it one more week before reporting for refund.
