It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received a costume that I bought for Halloween. I would give them the benefit of the doubt that it’s because of COVID, but I bought things from other websites outside of Canada on the very same day that arrived weeks ago. They don’t let you return anything except for store credit, so I’m stuck with it now unless I want to go through some lengthy process to get something else from their shop.

Ordered corset August 1. It was not a custom order or listed as a made-to-order item. I ordered it with a predetermined size list. It took well beyond the 20-25 business days to process. I contacted the company several times. Often times waiting two weeks for a response. The corset arrived 11/7. I have found several review sites that warn against ordering from this company, as they are notoriously bad at customer service and actually delivering a product. This was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had. Many of the Renaissance Festival community have blacklisted this company and flagged it for all the things I have mentioned about. Four hundred of my friends have read about the horrible experience I had. This corset was a waste of time and money. Bottom line you have lost my business forever and a large population of professional and amateur cosplayers. I received several fabrications and stories about what was going on with my order, and yet no attempt was actually made to fulfill my order in a timely fashion OR refund me. In business, customers what results rather than excuses, and all I got were a bunch of false excuses and nothing I found incredibly useful other than to never shop at this site again. I am keeping the poorly made corset, because I don't want to deal with the hassle of working with this company ever again. They should not be in business. I have already reported them to several agencies and discovered they are not an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau. Bottom line, nobody should shop here. They kind of act like a scam site.

Ordered my Corset September 18th for a Halloween party. Today is Nov 7th and it still isn't here and customer service is trash. Wish I never bought anything from here amd will never do that again.

I am hoping I can save someone the anguish and frustration I am experiencing. I had ordered $275 worth of items for a photo shoot. There was a 25 business day period before the VV will send out the order. I called a couple of weeks into my order, because I seen that it was still being processed. The employee was kind and said that it still had to come in from their distributor. I was okay with that, because I ordered it with some time to spare and it should’ve arrived a week before my shoot. It didn’t. I had wrote to VV on their chat on the website over a weekend, and it shows that they were off that day, and would respond on Monday. Monday came and went. I waited a few days and no one got back to me. So I decided maybe email was better. I emailed asking to cancel my order, since now it would be too late to receive my order for my photoshoot. The following day I receive an email! It said that my order was being shipped in the tile of the email. I was actually excited, because then it could come in on time. But that was false. In the email it said my order was being processed after nearly 50 days. The package actually shipped a couple of days later, but it still arrived after my photoshoot. I submitted a return request after I received it, because now I didn’t need the corsets. I have called, emailed, and submitted the formal request on their website (which is still pending their approval). I literally cannot get a hold of someone at all. I also cannot send out the return until VV approve it. Also, the return has to be received on their end within 30 days and it’s been 8 days since I submitted the return. Spare yourself the agony. Maybe their brick and mortar store is better.

My review is simply based on the customer service since i never received my product. I ordered a single item thinking it would be here when i needed it in 2 months. Fast forward 3.5 months later and nothing had even shipped. I tried multiple times to contact them at this point and saw that they had read my chat but did not reply for days. They then claimed it was due to covid shutdowns and that texas was still shut down, if that was the case there should have been warnings on their site. I asked for a refund and was told i could only get a store credit. So i contacted my bank and they went after them and i finally got my $150 back. The customer service did nothing but blow me off and was no help at all.

It is ridiculous how long it takes the receive orders. This is my second order, and it took 3.5 months to receive it. The first order took over 2 months.

Your customer service stinks. I had ordered this july 14 and needed by aug 22 ( for my wedding) . Was told it wouldn't be here by then as it would not be shipped until at least the the same week . Well It did not ship out until Oct 23 . A WHOLE 2 MONTHS AFTER I needed it . So , Yea not happy .

I placed an order back in May and only received part of my order. No big deal, as I was given store credit for the items they didn't have. So then I placed another order in June. Only received part of my items again. I keep getting told that they will talk to the warehouse and send my stuff... I'm still waiting for my stuff 4 months later. COVID shouldn't be an excuse at this point since I have had ordered plenty of stuff the past few months from all over the world and received it in a timely manner.
