Ordered a $72 purse 6 MONTHS AGO. And have yet to receive it. They refused to refund me and consistently lie every time I’ve reached out about a tracking update, saying the order should be in this upcoming week. I’ve heard it about 7 different times already. This company is a complete scam. And all Alternative/ gothic individuals should look elsewhere for better attire and accessories.

This order took a month to receive and the quality of products was sub-par

My order took a month to arrive but it was advertised for Halloween and I didnt get it until a week before Thanksgiving. I contacted customer service multiple times and was assured i would get it in 8-12 business days, but then that turned into "it is coming in with our next shipment", and I was refused a proper date for when their shipment was scheduled to be there or when i could i expect my order to arrive. I sent one final message to CS and was quite upset and i asked if i would even get it before the end of the Autumn season at all or if i could have my shipping expedited since it took so long, and i expressed great frustration with the company and then magically within an hour my order was finally fulfilled which seemed quite strange, almost sketchy to me. Maybe the shipment really did just arrive then but im not convinced honestly. I felt like my order was skipped over or they just sent it out whenever they felt like it. But when i finally got it, i noticed the printed graphic was a bit lop sided. I bought the pagan pentagram antler wide brim hat and unfortunately the top of the graphics on the inside of the brim didn't line up very well with the front center of the hat. The graphic just wasnt centered properly. I will definitely never buy again bc i felt like my order was ignored and when i did get it, the graphics werent even printed on properly and I am now learning that this company is supposedly notorious for things like this. Another company in Poland called Restyle offered the same item i bought from TVV, if i had known how many people have had bad experiences or that i would have a bad experience myself, I would have just bought it from the other company bc even coming from Poland, Im sure it would have gotten to me sooner. I am quite certain they are just a resale, middleman company and they just mark up their products, so save your money and just look for whatever items you want from TVV from other companies (probably the original companies they buy their products from and pass off as their own).

I ordered 2 jackets, which the site said would ship after 8-12 days. A month after ordering, I still had no updates so i contacted customer support and was told that items from this particular manufacturer were taking longer than normal to arrive from the manufacturer (which the site still does not reflect as of November 21, 2020). They also told me that one of the items I ordered was on backorder and would take who knows how long to arrive, again I was only informed this when I reached out a month after ordering, had I not, I don't know if or when I would have been informed. Anyway, I was told they could offer me a smaller size, a swap for a different product, or store credit. Considering the issues were entirely on their end I feel they should have offered a cash refund, but whatever, I chose a different item to swap for the one they couldn't get. It was cheaper, so they offered $20 store credit for the $13 price difference (again feels like it should have been a cash refund). I figured that was the end of it but then when the products finally arrived over a month and a half after purchase, one of them had a giant hole in the pocket, large enough to fit my hand through, like it just hadn't been sewn closed. Terrible shopping experience, won't be purchasing from here again

2 months is way too long of a turn around

Violet Vixen took my money and never shipped my item. When I opened a dispute with paypal they gave paypal a tracking number for a DIFFERENT PACKAGE to get my claim closed and cheat me out of a refund.

Does not fit my measurements after I got it custom made and you cannot get a refund just a credit

The shoes came in damaged and when i tried to get in touch to make a return, after i sent in the proof of damage, there was no other response, i sent other messages but there was no reply. I would still like a refund to my order. If i had known that this would be the experience that i would've had, i would've never ordered.
