We had a wonderful experience with Video Cards. The quality of the cards is amazing, and the customer support was exceptional from start to finish. Our original video was not supported by the card due to an encoding issue, but Martin was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issue. As he explained: “The video was encoded with an unsupported codec.” Thanks to his support and assistance in correcting the format, we successfully uploaded our video without delay. Now everything is working perfectly, and our marketing materials are ready to go out. We truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Video Cards for both their product quality and outstanding support.

Upon my decision to do a marketing video card, I was a little nervous. There are countless companies (both real and scams) out there. I decided to take a chance with his company. I ordered a few extra things: Matte Hardcover 5 buttons Box for the card. The result...GORGEOUS!! These cards exceeded my expectations. The video was clear, the graphics on the card were perfect, the design was perfect, the hard cover I ordered was quality...sturdy, not floppy and I can go on. They even include a USB! Also, the customer service was 5 stars. Any time I had any questions I would reach out and almost immediately I would get a reply. Also, everything was done in a timely manner. There were no long waiting periods, they were on top of it. Due to juggling schedules, it took much longer than anticipated, but they waited patiently and told me they were there if I needed anything. Amazing
