I received 2 olive wood ornaments in broken condition in my second purchase from Greater Good. There should be better quality checks on the items before shipping to customers. I still haven't heard back from them about refund. Next time I will buy from the producer directly.

I've used GreaterGood's website for many years and I have nothing but praise for this organization. I love the fact that they donate to very deserving charities while also providing a pleasant shopping experience. Great merchandise at very reasonable prices, fast and accurate delivery, and exceptional Customer Service.

Just a great option to help others. Their protects are of a higher quality than I had expected for the prices they offer. They shipped in a timely manner. It even arrived a day early.
