The Vegan Superhero AcademyReviews of thevegangym.com

My experience has been great so far (2 months into a 4 month program). I’m getting results better and faster than I could have expected. The nutrition and fitness guidance has been bespoke and excellent. My wife and I both joined simultaneously. My coach is Nathan, and my wife’s coach is Nicole. Love it.

When I came to Vegan Superhero Academy, I had been vegan for a year. But my diet and exercise efforts were inconsistent, and I was not seeing the results I wanted. Kiana and the team created a tailored plan for me that met me where I was, and the accountability of the program ensured I created good, sustainable habits. In four months I lost almost 20 lbs., several inches off my chest, hips and waist and a clothing size. Kiana is fun and is very solution-oriented. I value her experience, enthusiasm, support and patience. :) I’m a person who has questions about everything. A couple times when I needed a dietary modification or I couldn’t comfortably do an exercise, she found a slight change that helped me see benefits without pain. I have arthritis in my knees, which was painful due to the excess weight, and it’s relieved. My clothes fit better. I feel confident about what I have to do to continue improving my health. This program and Kiana have given me an incredible start.

I found VSA when I felt the lowest confidence in my body and physical ability. They do a lot to make you feel welcome. I appreciate the fact that the program is research-driven. My trainer, Nathan, has been instrumental to my success. Shortly after beginning VSA, I fractured my foot. He was able to pivot plans quickly to focus on other areas while I was rehabbing. During that process, he checked in with me and helped me build the motivation i lost in my accident. He values my feedback, and I trust in his advice. I’m grateful to have him as my trainer. VSA helped me change my life, and I don’t think I could do it without their support.

Coach Arman was always cheering me on, giving me lots of helpful and thoughtful advice to overcome my challenges. He was very knowledgeable and creative, always listening to my concerns (and complaints about getting old lol!). As a health conscious post-menopausal woman, he was able to help me see ways to improve my diet and exercise in ways that I hadn't thought to try before, and I was able to lose weight, learn new recipes, and enjoy being active and exercising. There were also lots of resources like recipes and cooking videos, and over 100 videos about everything from mobility to conquering cravings. In addition there were plenty of group calls to join with dedicated topics multiple times a week. I really can't say enough good things. I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to improve their health, especially if wanting to avoid animal products.

I joined VeganGym for four months, it was hands down one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. I found the coupling of nutrition planning and strength training with the vegan diet expertise to be deeply valuable and so rare in the coaching world. I am particularly grateful for my coach Sarah; her depth and breadth of weight training and fitness experience helped me build a program that truly supported my goals. She has been so enthusiastically supportive, helpful and encouraging. I would not have made the process I did without her coaching. Hard data: in four months I was able to go through a body recomposition that I feel great about and felt very sustainable and healthy. I dropped 9 lbs of fat, gained 4.5 lbs of muscle and lowered my body fat percentage by 5%.

VSA is exactly the coaching program I needed. Their approach supports the 'whole person,' focusing on sustainable changes rather than quick fixes. Working with Coach Kianna has been a highlight of my journey; she is a knowledgeable advocate who has significantly improved my form and served as my biggest cheerleader. I truly value the education and the supportive community VSA provides to every client.

Joined The Vegan Superhero Academy when I retired at 62, after 44 years in the financial services industry, working as an IT Program Manager. Vegan for 10 years, but spending 10 hours per day at a desk and eating vegan junk food had taken its toll. The coaching staff at VSA is top notch (fitness & nutrition) and they helped me go from a flabby 212 lbs. down to a lean 194 lbs., dropping fat and adding muscle! I can see my abs again! 🌱😜🌱 The weekly calls with my fitness Coach Daniel and text exchanges with my nutrition Coach Anna kept me accountable and well informed. The apps used made tracking my meals and weight training progress easy and enjoyable! This was a life changing experience for me and I am armed and ready for the next level in my fitness journey. Thank you Daniel & Anna for the amazing support and encouragement. I highly recommend The Vegan Superhero Academy. 🌱✌🏼❤️💪🏼🌱

I had a great 4 months at the VSA with coach Arman who helped me establish an exercise routine and successfully initiate a fat loss phase. I discovered that I enjoy strength training ! I lost 5 kg of body fat and clearly gained some muscle. Coach Arman was there to answer my questions, give me guidance, encourage, cheer me along and explain when I needed clarifications or more information. He is very knowledgeable about how to manage a fat loss phase without starving and still building muscle, thus making it sustainable long term. VSA gave me the knowledge and confidence to continue my journey of body recomposition on my own.
