This program was everything I needed, and happened at a great time in my life! With this program I was able to drop 21lbs, and 6 inches off my waist in only 3 months! The actual win from this program was not the weight loss for me, it was the mindset change I needed! The program and my amazing trainer Ashley helped me to truly understand what a beast I am and showed me that I have what it takes to conquer and reach my goals, even when some days I felt like I didn't. Three months later I can honestly say I have the mindset I need to continue my fitness journey! Thanks to the entire VSA family, amazing resources it provided and my AWESOME trainer Ashley! This program is worth the investment! Keep on rocking!

The vegan gym couldn’t have come at a better time for me. After months of playing phone tag with Anders I finally took the call. Thank goodness I did because I desperately needed a change and didn’t know where to start. With the help of all the coaches, especially Ashley, I was able to not only follow the meal plan but keep up with a workout routine for the first time in 28 years. In 90 days I was able to shred 27 pounds of fat and just altogether feel better about my life. I have a long journey ahead of me but I’m so grateful to be apart of this group and can’t wait to see what else I am capable of! The only feedback I would give is to make it more clear that it’s only a 90 day program. I didn’t realize when I signed up that I was paying for a 90 day program. But I wouldn’t take it back because without Ashley’s help I don’t know where I would be right now. Probably still stuck in bed unsure where to start.

Best choice ever. Thanks to the VSA I lost 12+ pounds, I am back to my prepregnancy weight, I feel healthier, stronger, and I've learnt how to properly feed myself and my vegan family. The VSA coaches are AMAZING! I worked with Coach Ash who has been incredible in motivating me to achieve my goals, never look back and better myself. Last but not least, when you join the VSA you become part of the VSA Facebook group which is a thriving community of beautiful like minded people that will keep you motivated and accountable day after day. You'll have access to lots of zoom chats with the dream team: Coach Leif, Coach Anders, Coach Ashley, Coach Laura. I recommend the VSA to everyone: to non vegans, because vegan it's better - for you, for the animals, for the environment - to vegans, because in the academy you will learn so much about how to fuel yourself, and become the strongest and healthiest version of you.

This Academy has been the best investment that I have done in my life! I had traditional coaches before at the gym and nutricionists as well but had never seen such results. Either I was only doing only cardio because that was my coach had set for me, or eating boiled an plain food and not enjoying my meals at all... With VSA I learnt that one needs to incorporate strength training to shred fat and not lose too much lean muscle in the process. I also learnt to clean eat and nourish my body without fearing carbs and food overall... but most importantly I learnt to ENJOY food. My biggest fear when I enrolled was the fact that this was an "online" coaching but these guys will never let you feel alone. They are on top of everything, you won't need to "guess" and any tiny doubt, any day... you are a text/call away. If I could do VSA again I would do it again only for the sake of talking to these guys everyday... they are the best. 100% recommended for anybody who wants a real change, not any change but one that will last for a LIFETIME.

My entire perspective surrounding my fitness and nutrition has been changed for the better since being a part of the VSA! I know how to eat, exercise, and rest (and even be okay with the less-than-stellar days) because of the dedicated and consistent accountability and motivation of the coaches and the community members. I have a tremendous amount of confidence, and I love my self more than I thought possible. 40 is looking great!!!

I enrolled in VSA in the summer of 2019. I had just turned 40 in the Spring and it was the BEST decision I ever made. Working with VSA’s team of coaches was exactly what I need to get my overall fitness back on track, especially after 5 children and numerous major life changes. I had questioned whether it was even possible to get back to my original pre-pregnancy weight. My coaches helped me crush all my negative self-doubts and move pass the fear. Not only did my body change and grow, so did my mind. It was a complete body and mind transformation and I can’t think of a better way to start my forties. I think the best part of that experience is that it allowed me to grow all around as a person, way beyond just achieving fitness goals. When challenges came in 2020, I was better able to handle them because of the work I did with my coaches the previous year. They each gave their heart and soul and have become friends for life. My biggest obstacle before this experience was MYSELF. We talk ourselves out of our own greatness. Investing in yourself will always reap amazing returns. If you’re questioning whether you should or shouldn’t, the sooner you do, the sooner your life becomes yours and you can proudly own it. We’re all “self-made” but only the successful will admit it.
