Well, Coach Daniel Louwrens is an incredible guy that has so much compassion for what he does. I am a diabetic that has been newly diagnosed. I Explained my situation to him. He delivered a plan and we executed it. It has been a life changing experience working with him on getting stronger and healthier. Goals I set with the company he works with were interrupted and I changed to Daniel and he took my situation and researched the problem and I am 100% better and getting better everyday with his guidance. The guy is awesome and I would and will look forward to the gains because of his determination to improve well being for me and anyone under his direction. Thanks man! You’re the Best!

I came into VSA with an existing athletic background and a history of powerlifting, with goals to lose body fat, improve my mentality, and improve my climbing. With the help of Coach Lukasz, I've been able to achieve all my goals and have even more improvements in my climbing than I had hoped for. Coach Lukasz is both knowledgeable and kind, coming into our calls with a big smile and genuine excitement to connect. He always knew what I needed to hear when it came to improving my mentality around my fitness. He always keeps my training fun and worked closely with me in building my nutrition plans so we could build a sustainable nutrition plan together.

VSA is an incredible program! I am VERY busy, so I wasn't able to take full advantage of everything they offer but even with that being so, it was a still life changing experience! Even if you're busy like I am, you can still benefit greatly. The meal plans, the fitness plans, masterclasses, teachable courses, team calls, and the best part - the annual retreat - it's all an amazing experience. I can't speak highly enough of the fun I had, the support I got, the friends I made, and the powerlifting coaching I received from Arman. Thanks team!!

VSA is family. For anyone who values family, VSA will make you feel right at home. VSA owners, staff, and members completely support each other's journeys and are there to lift you up and make you feel like you matter. I worked with Coach Zach and then Coach Caelan, who was absolutely amazing. Each listened to my concerns, and worked with me to craft workout and nutrition plans that worked well for me on my new vegan & fitness journey. Coach Caelan was incredibly supportive and really heard me when I spoke of struggles I faced while on this journey. He helped me keep on track and to stay motivated throughout. The owners of VSA and the other coaches are also incredibly supportive, and they are ALL there to help at any time. VSA truly is a community of family. You have to try it for yourself to see what I am talking about.

This is a game changer!! I have been through so many programs for weight loss. In the past, as soon as I come off the program I gain weight back. This is not a yo-yo program. I travel so much that it is difficult to stay consistent. I have been able to reset my body weight so that even with travel and changes my body does not put the weight back on. All my effort does not go to waist. Also, I get to eat plenty of food including CARBs!!!! I can think and exercise and eat REAL FOOD!! I have never been able to eat bread and lose weight in the past. I have learned so much and unlearned so much that was misinformation. Running long distances, eating low carb and protein bars, and eating low calorie is not the answer for sustainable long term weight loss and health. I am so happy to finally have a clear understanding of how to attain a healthy weight and maintain it with my variable lifestyle!! Thank you VSA and thank you Coach Arman for your dedication, expertise and passion to help me reach my goals!! Our regular meetings and discussions helped us find a routine that worked for me!! The constant change in my life with kids and travel was met with such flexibility by my couch that allowed me to lose the weight and keep it off!!

Absolutely loved my time in VSA! The team mentality with weekly challenges was super fun and motivating. The way VSA has accountability set up is fun,easy, and is incredibly motivating. When I started I was completely lost with working out and eating. I’ve tried everything you can think of and for the first time- I’ve created lasting and maintable habits. I feel happier, healthier, and stronger. My coach was outstanding ❤️ Lukasz was always there for me in the best way possible and knew how to show up for me because he actually listened to me. Whether you want physical results or mental results or both this is a great program. All that you need to do is make sure that you really utilize your time and fully participate. I started VSA as I had put on a few kilo's with some bad habits and being time poor. I knew what I had to do but being vegetarian (at that point) I didn't know how to go about it. I also need someone to help me stay accountable. I always like to procrastinate and say I'll do it later. Now I have made progress I don't want to undo it. VSA provided all the tools to enable me to continue outside of VSA. You don't only learn about health and fitness but also yourself. The weekly team calls are amazing and bring everyone together. Coach Sarah was amazing and so supportive and always available if I had a random question. I have never done something like this before so I can't compare it but based on my experience I am 100% here for what VSA's mission is. Thank you to everyone within VSA, especially Coach Sarah
