The Vegan Superhero AcademyReviews of thevegangym.com

From the absolute beginning I could see this group was committed to their promise- to teach their clients how to meet their goals and exceed their own expectations. This is the most complete program I have ever run across from tracking to personalized meals and workouts, the crew wants you to succeed. My coach Lukasz was a perfect fit for me. Always available, positive and offering insight and the positive support I needed. There has not been a single time where I had a concern or question that was not addressed and given a correction or alternative option. I have been with the program for about 5 months and it has been absolutely a game changer for my entire life- my confidence, fitness and overall wellness

Coach Mislav has training and experience with psychological eating challenges. His compassionate weekly reviews have helped me calm down my scarcity “all-or-nothing” mindset and trust the long game. I was skeptical that I needed to spend so much money for a coach because I already am a health coach! But, what I know to be true (we all need support) has proven effective…Coach Mislav keeps me moving forward instead of big starts and stops. After the initial three month program, I renewed for a whole year. Lasting change takes time, attention, and help.

I had an Amazing experience! Elke was my very first call, she was so loving and helpful. Then my Coach Brian did an exceptionally great job, he was working with me on every step of the way of my journey through learning how to eat intuitively according to my body needs and my workouts. Thank you so very much for so much support, the calls, the master clases, modules, and the community group on Facebook were a great motivation. The vegan gym really transformed my life. The best decision I have ever take was join in them! I’ll be forever grateful!

My experience with coach Andrew was amazing. He helped with all aspects of training: programming, working through minor injuries, making adjustments and of course nutrition. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and very sincere in his desire to help you reach your goals. Highly recommended!

The Vegan Gym is a truly amazing company! Anders and Elke spent a lot of time getting to know me and what my goals were to provide a program tailored to me. The result was a meal plan of my favorite foods that give me all the nutrients I need without relying on protein powder and workouts to build the all over muscle I was struggling to build before. The Facebook group is a wonderful source of information from the coaches and inspiration from others on the same journey. Chiara is an amazing coach and so knowledgeable!! She worked with me on my form and was just as excited as me to see how much I was progressing. It took her a week to resolve my chronic bloating that was not due to a medical condition. I am forever grateful to The Vegan Gym and especially Chiara. I will use the information from my time with them for the rest of my life!

Coach Sarah Harper and the VSA completely changed my life. With Coach Sarah’s support, encouragement and wisdom I have been able to completely change my body and my mindset. I was so confused and discouraged when I started VSA. Coach Sarah immediately gave me hope and a sense of direction. Her positivity is genuine and contagious. But don’t be fooled by her upbeat demeanor, she will challenge you to push yourself and grow to levels you didn't know you could reach. From the very first time I met her I just knew I would reach my goals of losing weight, gaining strength and mobility. Not only did I reach those goals but am a better version of my future self thanks to Coach Sarah. The confidence and knowledge I have gained through the Vegan Superhero Academy is absolutely invaluable.

The Vegan Gym taught me how to eat properly in situations of stress, travel, vacation and work. I have lost a good amount of weight and have no doubt I will get the rest of the way there. Coach Ruari was always willing to encourage me and answer questions. He also got me up and moving a lot more which makes everyday life so much easier. I believe anyone can lose weight and achieve their goals working with this company as long as they are willing to put in the work!

I had wonderful support in the VSA program. Coach Arman is definitely a Vegan Superhero! He is fun and easy to talk to. He is super knowledgeable and always had patience and encouragement for me when my doubts crept in. I was vegan for a number of years already, but got off track with good nutrition and recently put on some weight. VSA is what I needed to reset my fitness goals. I learned so much about myself and what habits were getting in my way. Coach Arman equipped me with the tools and mindset I needed to be super intentional about healthy eating and reaching my weight loss goals. The program is customized to your lifestyle and preferences and I would definitely recommend it!
