My coach Tiana has been a wonderful fit for me and has helped me develop some healthy habits and learn how to have a healthy relationship with food and my body. I am so thankful to be working with her! I have worked with several coaching programs in the past, with little success, but I am thrilled with the slow and sustainable progress we have made over the past six months. Thank you Tiana and Vegan Superhero Academy for how you have made such a positive impact in my life!

I am really grateful for the experience that I had using the Vegan Superhero Academy resources. My coach, Megan, is one of the most thoughtful, patient, and enthusiastic people that I have met. She really encouraged me to not strive for perfection, but for progress. If it was not for this program, I would not know as much as I do now about the vegan lifestyle. I am thankful for the opportunity that I had to work with Megan and to enjoy the resources that the program offers. This is a great program for getting started and maintaining the vegan lifestyle. I hope they continue to educate the world about the benefits of a vegan lifestyle.

I cannot recommend the Vegan Superhero Academy and my personal coach, Chiara Squinzi, highly enough. I wanted to lose weight, build muscle, and eat more protein on a plant-based diet but was overwhelmed trying to sift through the vast amount of online information (often contradictory) about veganism and body recomposition. Since I didn’t have a lot of spare time to research and verify facts, I searched for a reputable program to help me. I wanted an all encompassing approach that would equip me with the knowledge (factual and practical) and know-how to be self sufficient for the long term. That’s exactly what I found in VSA. Coach Chiara has taught me to create nutritious and balanced vegan meals that provide my daily dietary needs and support my fitness goals. She tailored the exercises to my unique needs and abilities, explained the major muscle groups and exercises for working multiple muscles at once and isolating specific muscles, and taught me the proper form. So far, I’ve lost nearly 10 pounds and reclaimed strength and mobility. I’m incredibly grateful for VSA and my coach’s consistent support and encouragement, which has improved my health and boosted my confidence.

The Vegan Gym has definitely been an experience I do not regret in the slightest. I have always had trouble staying motivated in my muscle gaining journey and have felt discouraged in many other programs when they gave me a generic set list of things to do without actually working with me about what I would need personally for my body. This program is different. I was paired with Arman and I can say he was always on top of what I needed from nutrition, to workouts, to supplements, and even instructions on how I could learn stuff on my own outside of the program. The program has inspired me to not only become stronger and healthier but also to be a better person overall!

Initially I was pretty reluctant to join VSA, however, after meeting with several members of the team and seeing how positive, knowledgeable, and invested in my success they were - I knew it was the right fit for me. I was paired with Coach Gergo and I couldn’t have asked for a better fit. He was SO attentive and responsive whenever I needed something (no matter how small!). My knowledge of the gym equipment and proper form was minimal when I started and he was so patient in helping me get it right and never making me feel silly for asking the same question 100 times. In addition to the amazing fitness programming that was provided, the nutrition plan helped get me on track with my eating, properly fueling my activities, and building muscles in big ways (hello protein!!!!). It was clear that my success was also Coach G’s success and he never stopped believing in me - even when he had to be my fill in therapist and help talk me off the ledge about my hormones. I’m so grateful for having joined VSA and i can confidently say they are an amazing team of humans who are dedicated to the health, fitness, and wellbeing of the people they are blessed to work with.

Being a member of the Vegan Superhero Academy was an amazing experience. I want to thank two of the most amazing women I have ever met. My Coach Sarah Bright, and Daphne Bascom. Without these two women in my life for the past several months I would not have made it through several of what life threw my way. They are truly incredible. Thank you to everyone that is part of the Vegan Superhero Academy.

I thought I could lose weight and workout on my own, but I wasn't seeing any results. I watched a YouTube video of Leif meal prepping high protein meals in 30 minutes and it sparked my interest in finding out more information. I have been in VSA 12 weeks now and have lost 13.5# and am noticing visible changes in my body composition. The program is very comprehensive providing one-on-one coaching, meal plans and recipes, education, an online community that provides support and encouragement, and training plans. I love my coach, Tiana! She provides helpful suggestions for food and training and is encouraging and motivating. I'm no longer afraid to lift heavier weights or use the machines in the gym. I can't wait to see how far I can go in my health and fitness journey.

My wife and I joined the vegan gym at age 70 and 73 with a goal of building muscle, improving our balance, grip strength, stamina and energy. Since Covid, I had been working from Zoom, and it took a huge toll on my health. I was also dealing with three separate injuries. Coach Nathan did a great job of helping me navigate around those injuries so that I could still be productive in the gym, and make the most of my time with him. He taught me to utilize the Cronometer efficiently, and that helped us correct several nutrient deficiencies, especially protein. He set up workouts for me in the Hevy app based on my goals, and that has allowed us to continue successfully after leaving the vegan gym. Thanks to Nathan and the superhero Academy, I am now looking forward to my recent retirement. My better half has a "bucket list" a mile long, and you know the saying "happy wife, happy life!" After 56 years of hard work and raising a family, we are now going to enjoy these "golden years". With many thanks, Dan Villarreal
