I participated in the Vegan Superhero Academy Ignite program with Coach Arman, and it was truly life-changing. I had struggled to integrate a vegan diet, track my macros, and maintain a training regimen all at once, but this program delivered real results. VSA taught me how to be a healthy vegan and helped me create a nutritional plan that enabled me to build muscle. As I get older (I’m 68), this has become essential for my longevity and safety. The Academy provides the tools and coaching you need to manage your health even after leaving the program. Working with Arman was an incredible journey that helped me establish a new mindset about my health. I learned so much about weight training and nutrition; he is a wealth of knowledge, a great communicator, realistic, and a pleasure to work with. I truly looked forward to every coaching call and will miss my time with him! After three months, I felt like a new person. I experienced no more achy joints, felt energized, and honestly, I felt ten years younger. This program can really change how you choose to show up in the world!

In just a few months, I’ve learned more about exercise, nutrition, and building a resilient mindset than I had in my entire life before joining. The knowledge, support, and accountability from my coach, James Rector, have been instrumental in my transformation, and I can’t thank him enough. Beyond my one-on-one coaching with James, I also have access to an incredible team of expert coaches, as well as online classes that keep me engaged, learning, and constantly improving. The level of support and resources available is unmatched. If you’re looking for more than just a diet or workout plan—if you want real, lasting change—The Vegan Gym is where you’ll find it. This journey has been nothing short of miraculous, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

This experience was significant for me. I have been doing the gym thing for a long time. Working out and eating mostly healthy was not the hard part. But the switch to plant based diet was hard. My coach Sarah was a huge help in that process. But more than that I had multiple setbacks during my membership. I broke my ankle, I got really sick, and dealt with some tough stuff at work. Sarah helped me look internally and deal with the mental challenges. I would not have had the success I did in my journey without Sarah and the Vegan Gym.

When I started working with Coach Brian, I was still very symptomatic from long COVID, navigating a lot of health issues. He was able to meet me where I was and designed effective workouts that helped me build muscle and lose fat sustainably over time, all while respecting my preference not to go through an official cutting phase. He trusted my intuition about my own body, which was incredibly empowering. Pre-COVID, when I was an ultra runner, I realized I was under-fueling, even though I thought I was eating enough. Through his guidance, I discovered that I needed more calories and a significantly higher amount of protein than I was consuming. Now, even while in perimenopause, I am thriving, getting stronger than I've ever been, and feel like I'm just getting started. I have learned how to maintain a strength training program consistently so I can protect it, as it's now a non-negotiable for me. It's a must for my overall well-being. He is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and very resourceful. You can tell he truly loves his job and cares about helping people meet their goals. He truly changed my life, and I am so grateful for him and for VSA.

Coach Tiana Braden is an exceptional coach! She has really helped me with my mindset and has been incredibly helpful throughout my journey. She is very responsive and always willing to share her knowledge. I also appreciate that she shares inspirational messages each week. She provides so much support and it is evident she really cares about her clients. I am learning a lot from the VSA program including how to eat healthier while getting a high amount of protein each day. I would definitely recommend!

My coach Tiana Braden was amazing!!! She shared so much knowledge with me. My workouts were tailored to me. She really listens to what you want to accomplish and pushes you to get there. Whenever I had questions she would text back right away-even on weekends. She was always cheering me on. I had only positive and uplifting interactions with her. The whole program is amazing. There were alot of great recipes too!

This is a great service for so many reasons: if you need help navigating the word of veganism; need to understand your macro needs more; or are looking to loose weight. I recommend it to all vegans- longtime and newcomers.
