The Vegan Superhero AcademyReviews of thevegangym.com

The Vegan Superhero Academy is awesome. They have, along with my great coach Arman Kehlhofer really got me to focus on fitness and a healthy vegan diet. Arman is super supportive, knowledgeable and takes time to understand you. I know this is true of all the coaches in the academy. I would highly recommend giving the VSA a chance.

The VSA helped me gain so much knowledge and confidence. Tiana was brilliant as a coach, always motivating and supporting me. She listened to me from day one and took care to coach me in a way that works for me. She helped me change my mindset, my nutrition, and gain confidence as a woman! Tiana and VSA helped me lose 11 pounds and 11 inches off my waist! I would definitely recommend this team to support anyobe in their success!!!

I had an incredible experience with the Vegan Superhero Academy! My coach, Lucasz, was the perfect mix of encouraging and challenging—he knew exactly how to push me in a powerful way without ever making it feel overwhelming. I learned so much about discipline, how to intuitively eat, and most importantly, how to view food as fuel. This journey helped me grow not just physically, but mentally. Highly recommend to anyone ready to become the best version of themselves.

I recently completed a fitness coaching program with Nathan and had a great experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout my journey. Nathan was always willing to answer questions and share insights, which made the process feel guided and approachable. This program is very much one where you get out what you put in. With consistent effort, I saw noticeable results by the end. More importantly, I gained tools and knowledge that I can continue to implement on my own moving forward. If you're someone who’s motivated but unsure where to start this is a great program to get you going in the right direction.

I need to tell you just how wonderful coach Lukasz is in helping me with this program! He has been instrumental in helping me change the way I think about exercise. Since he has been my coach I have learned to work out just for the enjoyment of moving. One day I did an extra workout just for fun! I always look forward to our weekly calls and celebrating my accomplishments with Lukasz. He is fantastic to work with and so encouraging while keeping me on track at the same time. I am confident that whatever goals I may set he will be there with positivity and enthusiasm every time. Thanks to a great coach!

I have lost 30 lbs but it is really the change in my body composition that is the most exciting part. I had always been able to lose weight however this time was different. I tried everything and the weight wasn't coming off. I didn't like myself I was depressed & frustrated. I had tried several things I had found on the Internet but being plant based I could never just eat what they told me to eat there was always a substitution. I didn't want to have to substitute I wanted someone to tell me what to eat that was plant based and how to workout. I also didn't just want a food diet I also wanted a workout plan. I found all of it at The Vegan Gym! Marc, my coach, is so helpful, understanding & patient but will also push you. I could have never made my body look like it does today on my own! If you are looking to change your lifestyle to a sustainable way to live and be fit The Vegan Gym will do that! The community is so uplifting and we cheer everyone one in the good times & the bad. Make no mistake there is a lot of commitment to this program but if you do it is absolutely so worth it!

Joining Vegan Superhero Academy has been nothing short of transformational for me. Over the past 4 months, I’ve experienced incredible growth—both physically and mentally—thanks to the structure, support, and motivation provided by VSA and the amazing Coach Megan. This program has allowed me to get back on a progressive weight training plan that’s fully aligned with my vegan lifestyle. I now feel completely confident that I’m reaching all of my protein goals to support my training, and that peace of mind is priceless. Coach Megan is the full package—part coach, part therapist, and 100% invested in my success. Our weekly calls are a highlight of my routine. Her encouragement, accountability, and genuine care keep me motivated and focused. Since starting, I’ve built a consistent meditation practice that has enhanced my overall well-being, participated in another half marathon, and even competed in a powerlifting meet! Now I’m training for the next big milestone: looking and feeling my best in my wedding dress this October! I’m so excited to keep working with Coach Megan and see what new goals we’ll dream up together. If you’re ready to take your vegan lifestyle and fitness to the next level, VSA is absolutely where you want to be!

Coach Gemma truly is an amazing fitness coach. Most coaches forget little things about my life but she remembers all the details from what I like to eat to what exercises hurt me. That level of commitment to my success is unmatched! I’m so happy she was my coach! She has been a wonderful addition to my life.
