I've been vegan since 2013, but have always struggled with my weight. Even moreso since I hit that "magical" time in a woman's life when the hormones wreak havoc on the body!! The Vegan Superhero Academy taught me a lot about how to work around the changes in my body, what I need to fuel my body properly, and how to have fun when I exercise. I never thought I would ever be weight lifting, but now I can't workout any other way!! The coaching staff is great - shout out to Coach Arman! Coupled with a fantastic community of other like-minded folks, I was able to get the results I was hoping for, and have enough tools to keep up my routine for the long term!

I was already eating healthy and exercising frequently. I thought I was doing everything that I was supposed to be doing, but I couldn’t drop the last 20 pounds. The Vegan Gym took me to the next level. I learned to eat differently and which exercises are more effective for reaching my goals. I lost weight on MORE calories. My coach, Armand, had quite a challenge. I had to learn to trust him AND trust the process. He frequently checks in, he makes suggestions for nutrition choices, different exercises and equipment. He modifies my weight lifting plan to meet my goals. He also helps me reframe the negative thoughts when I stall. He doesn’t shame me for being focused on the details. He shares his own journey and practices the same program and humbly shares his struggles. The Vegan Gym doesn’t give you one coach. I had access to several coaches and to other people on the same journey. There are live Masterclasses and online trainings. There is a very active Facebook community. In short, it works! Great experience!!!

I really enjoyed the VSA program. I learned a lot about getting adequate protein and tracking my nutrition. I loved working with my coach Tiana. She was kind and knowledgeable about fitness and was able to answer all of my questions. I also loved listening to the master classes. The information was life changing. I am a California girl with a full time job so had limited ability to participate in live classes but I was grateful that all of the classes were recorded so I could listen to them when I had time. This program is amazing! I would highly recommend it.

Vegan Superhero Academy provides a large amount of different types of resources and support - they are amazing!! With their coaching, training plans, nutrition guidance and education I was able to achieve a level of strength and fitness I didn’t think was possible for me. Coach Daniel was absolutely wonderful - he always met me where I was at, provided guidance and support specifically tailored to me and my needs. He’s so knowledgeable on scientific studies on all aspects of fitness and nutrition. Most importantly though, he believed in me and helped me believe in myself. I highly recommend Vegan Superhero Academy!

VSA is truly a wonderful experience! It provides clients with unlimited resources- education, support (coaching and community) and complete transparency. You need menus? They’ve got it. Outlined structured workouts? Done! Support to help engage and encourage you? It’s there at your fingertips. My coach, Daniel Louwrens has been exceptional! He is amazing and always has articles, resources and encouragement ready for me. He took the time to familiarize himself with me personally and tailored my program to fit my goals. From day 1 I was reassured! I absolutely highly recommend this program to anyone!!

I’ve tried all the supplements. Worked out 5 days a week for years and nothing made the scale move. That is until VSA. 4 months, 15 pounds of fat gone, muscle added, strength increased despite being in a deficit! Coach Marc was wonderful, he’s kind, caring and designs killer workouts!
