VSA set me up for success from day one. They provided detailed classes and support that helped me easily adopt a healthier lifestyle. Coach Sarah is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition instilling great confidence in me to set and crush future goals. Joining VSA was one of my best decisions ever.

My experience with the Vegan Superhero Academy has exceeded my expectations! I participated in a different plant based coaching program prior to VSA and there is no comparison. How VSA structures coaching support, nutrition guides, and workout plans is so intentional and science based that results follow. Most importantly, I feel everyone on the VSA staff and coaching team are very client centered. They constantly evolve offerings to support the core program, and clients who want to engage more deeply in the VSA community and learning resources will find many options easily accessible. Coach Marc has changed my life already and I know more exciting results are yet to come! Mindset work and coaching the entire person beyond muscle work and cardio routines is a massive differentiator of this program. I’m being coached for lifelong maintenance of a healthy body and lifestyle, and my confidence grows in each coaching session that I’ll ultimately achieve just that! As a 65-year-old woman, I was excited and nervous about starting a weight training program. All of my apprehension fell away after collaborating with my amazing trainer, Sarah Bright. She guided me through every step. She was there for me when I had a quick question or wanted to share an achievement. I highly recommend Vegan Gym and most especially Sarah as her guidance was pivotal in my success.

I highly recommend VSA to anyone looking to maximize your health for LIFE! VSA is not a diet or exercise “plan”, it is a lifestyle and mindset shift for a healthy body and life. The coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive in the process. The resources available cover every aspect to healthy living! Having a personal coach to reach out to when help or guidance is needed is so beneficial to being successful! The VSA community is another resource that is amazing in the process! Support is strong in this program.

My overall experience with The Vegan Gym was very positive! There are so many resources and info to tap into every step of the way. The highlight of my journey was working with Coach Arman. When I first met him he was working on a major life goal of achieving a 600 pound deadlift! Which he did! That in itself was truly inspiring. I had weekly calls with Arman and he was always uplifting and so positive. He is very passionate about what he does. I learned how to track my food in the Cronometer app which taught me how to track my macros and stay on track. This program has a very strong community and accountability is key. I had never done any weightlifting, so this was new for me. I have definitely gotten stronger and learned that weightlifting is a key component to body transformation. I will continue to workout in this way. All in all, I would highly recommend this program to any vegan new or old who wants to work with an awesome team of coaches and community!

VSA has been a life-changing experience. I’ve always struggled to stay consistent with workouts, but this program keeps things engaging and motivating. I became vegan in 2020 and joined because VSA respects and supports my lifestyle. The coaches are knowledgeable, and the community is uplifting. I also appreciate the weekly calls, challenges, and the resource library on fitness, nutrition, and mindset. All calls are recorded, so I never miss out. I’m looking forward to next year’s retreat to meet members in person.

My experience with The Vegan Gym has been amazing. I joined the Vegan Superhero Academy to improve my strength, muscle tone, and energy levels. I've been able to achieve all of that with the help and guidance of my fabulous trainer, Coach Gemma. But that's not all. Gemma provided me with a set of exercises that also improved my posture -in addition to improving strength and energy. I didn't think I could change my body the way I have been able to, being in my mid 60's, but I have! I didn't realize there were issues with my alignment until I joined the Vegan Gym. After 4 months my overall body alignment is much improved! I look and I feel better because of the guidance of Coach Gemma and The Vegan Gym. The diet changes were based on observations of my regular eating habits and have been very easy to incorporate. Setting up a routine to consistently do my exercises has been more of a challenge. But when I saw my progress in photos, progress I really didn't believe was doable, that motivated me to create a morning exercise habit between feeding and walking my dogs. Without the "intervention" of joining the Vegan Superhero Academy I wouldn't have been able to accomplish recent things I've done outside of working out, like painting my kitchen (cabinets and all), sealing, sanding, and painting a dilapitating landing outside my back door, setting very large flagstone rock in the yard for a pathway, hiking around Mammoth Lakes, and finishing a few web design projects quicker and with better focus. Next is to return to surf the waves off the So Cal coast. I highly recommend attending the Vegan Superhero Academy. What you will experience will kickstart life affirming habits and activities.

Had a great experience with the Vegan Gym! Their coaches are motivating, educating and they support you everyday. Their program helps you succeed on your journey to plant based health, weight loss and exercise. There is information from doctors, coaches and other members in the group. I highly recommend their program if you are struggling with your plant based journey or have been on it for a while like me. The Vegan Gym puts you on a road to success and continues to help you once you have met your goals. Community support is great and shared so everyone can benefit. I had a wonderful coach, Kiana, who motivated me everyday.
