Tiana is a great coach! She listens and adjusts workouts as needed, is friendly and encouraging without making me feel judged when I go off course, and is quick to reply to my communications in addition to sending out inspiring notes.

I met all my goals with the Vegan Gym and my coach, Nathan Perrin was very supportive. He not only put together a program I could effectively complete, but he also adjusted it when needed. There were a lot of resources and check-ins during the program including weekly Zoom calls. Responses were always quick.

I turned 68 during the four month program I just completed with The Vegan Superhero Academy. I joined to build strength and endurance - I have not only met my goals, but exceeded them. I was already vegan and have been studying nutrition for the past several years. My wonderful coach, Kiana, worked with me, both on my strength building exercises (with which I had no experience) and on my nutritional needs based on the simple, whole food plant meals I was already using. Coach Kiana was so helpful and patient in explaining the different apps and sites - where to find what, how and where to log my data, how to count reps and record weight - all of which was completely new to me. You’re never too old, and it’s never too late. When I started, I was in good health and in fairly decent shape, but now, I am much stronger and feel that I have even more vitality. By putting in the effort and consistency, I found this program to be an effective, satisfying experience.

The level of information provided is outstanding. The coaches really care about their clients.

I joined VSA on September 1, 2025 and have never been happier. I was not exclusively vegan when I joined, and I was very clear about that at the outset. I have learned a lot about plant based proteins and how to incorporate them into my nutrition routine. I was paired with an awesome coach, Coach Nicole. She and Dr. Daphne provided me with workout routines and vegan recipes to get started, and my workouts have been adjusted as my strength improved. My goal has been to lose about 40 pounds and I have lost a solid 21 pounds so far. But I have gained so much knowledge, confidence, and pride in my accomplishments so far. The VSA community offers online support to each other, and I have weekly calls with my coach. I have never felt like I was doing this all on my own, and I am so glad that I invested in my own health and wellbeing. It has absolutely been worth it!

I joined the Vegan Superhero Academy over year ago. I was new in my vegan journey and needed some help incorporating it with my weight loss and fitness goals. I was paired with Coach Sarah. She was perfect for me. I have a busy life so It was difficult for me to figure out a consistent plan. She helped me create the habits of meal prepping vegan proteins to use throughout the week. She also created a workout plan that was easy for me to do 2-3x per week. Coach Sarah was very understanding of my individual circumstances. She gave me gentle guidance and reminders to stay on track. They also have a facebook group. I personally don't use FB much but for some people, this can be a very encouraging place. There are lots of weekly educational sessions too on their SKOOL platform. Its been great to get to know Coach Sarah over the year and its been my consistent Monday morning zoom chat. I highly recommend Coach Sarah and the Vegan Superhero Academy!!

What a blessing my VSA journey has been! So thankful to have had Coach James as my coach. I'm hopeful our friendship will carry on long after my VSA journey ends. I joined the VSA family in August, 2024, after switching to a plant-based diet following breast cancer surgery, chemo and radiation in 2022. My journey with VSA was full of ups and downs due to my ongoing health issues. During it all, Coach James was my constant champion. His words of encouragement were life-giving, and the goals he helped me set will continue as I strive to keep learning and getting stronger. His words will continue to push me past my barriers, I hope for years to come. He has stretched me physically and mentally. Due to my ongoing brain fog, he has come up with strategy after strategy to help me move forward, and I will be forever grateful. If I rejoin the VSA family in the future, I would want to have James again as my coach. My husband and oldest daughter both saw firsthand the impact he had on my life. And my youngest daughter, who was born with Down Syndrome, will miss his virtual air hugs. Thanks, VSA ~ Leif, Anders, Daphne, and coaches ~ for your excellent program and care for your members!

From my first contact with the VSA team I knew I was in the right place! I was paired with an awesome coach, Arman who together with VSA resources and varied professionals works with me on the perfect fit exercise and nutrition programs to meet my goals. Arman has been my cheerleader and alway just a text or email away for any support I might need or questions I might have. I have met my goals and to do it with a community of other vegans who totally understand what that mean has been of great importance. Thank-you Arman and VSA!
