Item was ordered a week ago and has not been shipped and customer service has not responded.

As I have still not received my order, I don't see how I could give a good review. Maybe spend more time delivering your products as opposed to focusing on reviews. I will be filing for a refund through PayPal.

I never received my order for three bottles of Sugar Balance. I have checked my accounts and there is no record of cash transaction with Vedic. I have been out of Sugar Balance for one week. What happened?

I wish i Have a 0 star to rate. I got this product on the local store very cheap plus no shipping. So look first in your local Indian market or store. it's more less than they have and you don't have to pay for the shipping.

If there was a choice to place zero stars I would have done so. I ordered a product from them online, and of course the payment went through right away. I received an automatic message that I will receive word once the order is shipped. Over the next several days I tried reaching them - via email, text message and phone - to ask about the order. Received no response to my emails or text, and their voicemail message on phone said that email or texting is preferable so I didn't leave a phone message. Just a bizarre way to run a business.

I put my order in nearly three weeks ago and so far, I don't think it has even shipped. Nearly a week ago, I sent an email inquiring about it and was told that the product was available and would be shipped shortly, but I have not received notice about shipment yet. In the meantime, I ordered the same product from a different company and it arrived within a few days.

I did not receive the product and it’s hard to get in touch with anyone for help. The website chat service does not seem to work. Horrible experience will never shop here again!
