The items arrived well packed. It would be good if the store responds promptly as soon as you place the order as I had a bit of a wait till they got back. The items are of great quality.

None of my e-mails were ever responded to. I paid $7.99 for postage and hoped that they will use USPS priority mail. But, they sent it via regular mail which took many days to arrive. Most importantly, they have NEVER answered a single e-mail I sent.

Okay, I normally do not give negative reviews, preferring to work with the seller privately. The seller responded quickly to my first email, hence the two stars instead of one. But I got no response to my second email saying basically the following: I ordered a supplement and after 12 days had heard nothing and had no tracking #. Customer service responded overnight to let me know they did not have the product in stock and refunded my money. But the issue is that the website indicates that the product is in stock (still) when it is not and they told me in the email that they don't know when it will be back in stock, so that is wrong that it is not noted on the website that it is not in stock. If I had not written them to find out what the status of my order was, I don't know when they would have let me know it wasn't even in stock when I ordered. Other sites tell you it is out of stock, and you can opt for an email when it's back in stock. So, I am asking The Vedic Store to please note on their website when something is out of stock. I really need this supplement and wasted that time I was waiting when I could have been looking for some substitution elsewhere. Thank you. I have a feeling you are a good store that just needs some updates to your website. I hope so. If you promptly fix this issue, then it will help confirm to me that you are indeed a good store worth checking out for business in the future.

Did not arrived in the time I was told that it would.

I like the products, but the products came in terrible shape. The way it was shipped was terrible... The 2 toners literally had scotch tape on the bottles, which failed to keep the liquid sealed. 50 percent of the liquid of each bottle was spilled on the bottom of the box it was shipped in. It was a mess.
