TheVaticanTickets is a company that cares that their clients have a great experience. Alex went out if his way to get us caught up to our tour guide when Rome's public bus system had let us down and we arrived quite late for our tour. We couldn't be more grateful for him for that. Our guide, Lucia, was knowledgeable, very helpful and also gracious to ensure everyone had the experience they were hoping for.
