I paid 129 USD for a tracksuit that was meant to be a present for my best friend. The seller cancelled the order without explanation, refunded only 21 USD and kept the rest. I received no item and have lost 108 USD. This experience feels completely dishonest and has left me disappointed and out of pocket. Spend your money elsewhere.

This site is a scam. Please beware. I purchased a tracksuit for $129 - they cancelled the order so I received nothing and only refunded $21!!!

This really is a third class place of business. Their Customer Service is horrible. Instead of trying to fix the problem, and keep the customer Happy, they will offer you small amount of money to keep the unwanted item. Once you give them your money, they do not want to provide any kind of post purchase customer service. You have to pay to get an exchange and a 20% restocking fee for a return for a refund. They will not process the refund and keep the money and the item you sent back. ( probably re-sale it to some else). They are operating on a principle that they will only have one transaction with a buyer. People buy suits all the time, and for me, i will never buy another from them.

Thesuitsusa sent a knock off item to me as compared to a legitimate brand hoodie I got. Shop.com app showed the item coming from Syria. If you try to return an item they try to do it through Facebook messenger. It is likely this site is legit but is collecting information about people.

Never received my order. No response from emails and not information on what they say is their tracking information. December 11,2023

This company misrepresents the country they are from. The product comes from PAKISTAN. Not the USA. The product was fake leather, not real as advertised. The patches on the jacket were filled with horrible spelling errors. I could not gift it as planned the spelling errors were embarrassing. The battery pack that powers the LED collar is very poorly made. It looks like an amature soldered it together. It looks unsafe and hazardous, in fact. The zipper is also very poor, instead of metal it looks like it was spray painted with metallic paint. Overall I would say this company is misrepresenting the quality and I would think twice before ordering from them. They are not honest. The product I recieved honestly was junk. Since I can't return it due to the parcel being opened, I am going to throw it away.
