Very disappointed with my order…
I am very disappointed with my order experience with them. I ordered 2 of each, linden and hazelnut baref root tree. I followed the instructions and they all died. I tried to file insurance claim but as i get no confirmation. I understand their system doesn't let me (even though it says at the end it went through). I tried sending the screen shoot of the claim filling and the final page where it says it went through but they are so unresponsive. Avoid shopping with them. Don't rely on their warranty.
