I ordered a book and then the receipt showed it was a download with no previous mention it wasn’t a physical book. The email address from Pay Pay bounced back. Totally a scam. Future self will check Trust Pilot prior to ANY PURCHASE. If I could give zero stars I would.

I specifically chose a hardcover book from the selection box with free shipping. Upon receiving confirmation, I noticed the link to download. I emailed to inquire why there was a link to download and sent screenshots of my order showing “hardcover” stating I was not interested in a digital copy. The company said I received digital as they do not sell the hardcopy of this book. I asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t refund my money. This was all in the same day of the order. Luckily I ordered through PayPal and they have refunded my money. This is false advertising and misrepresentation of their product. I will not order from them again.

On 6/23/26 I ordered "Regime Change" by Jonathan Swan and Maggie Haberman. I did get a link to an e-book but nowhere did it say I was not ordering a physical book. I emailed them immediately to request a refund IF I was not getting the physical book. No response. I sent 2 more emails to no avail. Today is 7/7 and I still have not received a response, the physical book or a refund. I just sent another email. If I don't get a response within 24 hours I will report a fraudulent transaction to my credit card company.

Would give no stars if I could. Complete scam. Like others ordered a hardcover book and was sent a digital download. Customer service is trying to convince me I ordered an ebook. I sent a screen shot of the hardcover option. Avoid this site.

Same as so many other people, I ordered a hardcover book and they said it was a digital copy. The advertisement was clear that it was a hardcover book. They said I was mistaken. What a scam! Fortunately I ordered through PayPal and should receive a refund.

Fraudulent Company!! I bought a hardcover book but it never arrived. When I reached out they told me it was a digital copy, but the website details clearly indicate that it's a hardcover copy. Customer service is wither AI or foreign because they are giving repetitive and irrelevant information. Scam Fraud

Scam company- ordered a hardcover book but they sent me a digital e book that I did not order. Contacted the company and thy said I ordered the ebook and all sales are final. THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. BUYER BEWARE !!!

I ordered a book from them and it was described as hardcover and all I got was a downloadable ebook. I tried to get in touch and was told that they’re sorry and can’t give a refund. Real bait and switch. Be forewarned before ordering from them. I wish I could include a screenshot of what I was promised.
