I was very nervous in the beginning. But this has surpassed anything I could have imagined. Alyan my project manager was very patient and guided me through the process. I get contacted by publishers and in fact tried another about three years ago. I broke it off because they were not author/ customer friendly. As long as Alyan is my project manager, I will stick with The Times. Great job and thank you.

This was a great experience for me. Sam provided great advice all along the way. This was my first book to be published and my second to write. The editing provided made the book read much better and put it in a better position for publication. All along the process I was given choices at times to improve the writing and the marketing plan, which I agreed with some and disagreed with or asked to them to delay on certain items.
