I was able to get ahold of the support quickly and once i did even if they didnt know what i was talking about they would walk through with me on what they needed in order for them to solve my issue or to determin what is going wrong. if all else fails they elevate it so you get the issue resolved one way or another. mine personally required deep dive into multiple logs and recreating the issue to get to the base of it.

The best provider I found that has historical intraday options data, with bid/ask pricing, Greeks, and IV. Most other platforms either didn't have the data or were geared toward big institutions and out of my price range. The support team was also really understanding and helpful. They seem like good, genuine people. Thank you!

Support team is great! Value for the money is hard to beat. Used thetadata to do some option scanning and their support is very helpful, even doing 1-on-1 direct messages. Might be one of the better value for money services out there for option data.

I'm working on a technically demanding project, and the technical team has been outstanding at every step. Fast replies, always from someone who clearly knows the system inside out, and never the copy-paste answers you get almost everywhere else. Every single exchange moved my problem forward. That's rarer than it should be, and worth saying publicly.

They are amazing and I'd always vouch for them. Been with them since October 2025. Their service is fast, reliable even from West Europe, the documentation is also very straight forward. But most importantly (and that's why I'm writing this review) the customer service is outstanding. Clicked the wrong subscription, reached out to support and within minutes they responded and fixed it.

It's made studying options history so much easier and more accessible.
