I am very pleased with the with the service I received. The agent was very polite and patient as he worked to resolve my issues with Quick Books P.O.S.We are now back in full operation and I will highly recommend him to my friends and associates who use Quick Books P.O.S.

Peter worked diligently to get the Quickbooks Payroll (PS038 error) problem resolved. We set up appointment times for her to call me and work on the software problem. Peter was always on time. This turned out to be a very difficult problem that required several hours to fix, and Peter persisted until the issue was resolved.

Peter was thorough, patient, clear, and produced the desired result. I am grateful.

Excellent service. My bank feeds from one bank would not work. I tried all the fixes from intuit help site and also contacted the bank. Peter from the support zone was able to work with me and fix the problem .

I had some Window 10 problems that I did not think anyone could fix after I googled my problems for many days. But I called "The Support Zone" and Peter help me fix my problem in just a bit more than an hour. I now have another problem that I want them to help me with. And they only charge $100 for each problem I call them about. Bob
