Peter was patient and long-suffering in attempting to repair my problems with Quicken and Billlpay. He finally invoked an "expert" at Quicken who was able to determine that my problem was at his end and not mine. Peter was knowledgeable, patient and polite. I will in future seek his counsel if there are problems with this software.

Peter is AWESOME!! My QB2017 quit working after an update. We are not able to restore 2017, but he was able to find and restore the 2017 company file...no, I did not have a current backup :( and was able to restore it into the new 2019 version without my missing anything from my files. This was probably about 3 hours of work, but saved me... THANK YOU!!!
