THE SUIT IS WELL TAILORED. I LIKE THE MATERIAL BUT UNFORTUNATELY, I HAVE TO RETURN IT FOR A BIGGER SIZE. THE ARMS ON THE JACKET AND THE PANTS ARE TOO TIGHT. VERYNICE SUIT!

The items are of good quality but the service sucks. They have not refunded me my money for a suit that did not deliver and keep saying it is in route. Its been over 2 weeks. I also ordered a solid black tie and they sent me a woven tie instead. I understand mistakes can happen but this is ridiculous.
Response from The Suit DepotOct 21, 2026
Dear Adrian, Thank you for sharing your candid feedback, and please accept our most sincere apologies for the frustration and disappointment you experienced. Experiencing both a delayed shipment lost in transit and receiving the incorrect tie is completely unacceptable, and we deeply regret falling short of the high standard of service you deserve. We want to confirm that a full refund for your missing suit order has been processed back to your original payment method. We truly appreciate your kind words regarding the quality of our clothing, and we are deeply grateful for your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve these issues for you. If there is anything further we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. Warm regards, Customer Care Team
