Dear Jonathan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling this way. We’re The Suit Depot, and we take comments like yours very seriously. I reviewed your account and noticed that your last order was placed in December for a Blujacket Men's Charcoal Gray 100% Wool Canvassed Regular Fit Suit. However, I wasn’t able to identify what may have caused your disappointment. If you don’t mind sharing, did you experience an issue with that order, or were you referring to a more recent experience? Have you placed, or attempted to place, another order and run into any difficulties? We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to better understand what happened so we can address any concerns and work toward a resolution. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re committed to providing the level of service our customers expect and deserve. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We hope to hear from you soon and have the chance to make things right. Warm regards, Toni

Dear Howard, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for your experience. I looked into your order and found that we had previously sent the instructions to begin the replacement process. Unfortunately, I also discovered that your request for additional assistance came through as part of your CSAT response, which meant we did not see it in time to respond. I'm very sorry for that oversight and for the frustration it caused. I'd be happy to help get this resolved for you. Could you please let me know if you would prefer a replacement in the next size up or a refund instead? Also, could you let me know if the shirt is still in new condition with all of its original tags attached? This information will help me prioritize the best solution for you and get the process moving as quickly as possible. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to make this right. I look forward to your reply and to resolving this for you. Warm regards, Toni
